Product arrived in 2 working days, Amazonas Hammock Stand - Paid £266 for it, it’s up to £399 everywhere else. Customer Service online chat was also great - responsive & great communication. Promised me 4 day delivery & beat deadline. VV happy 😊

Initially I made an enquiry regarding the companion chairs which was answered within a day. I was then happy to place the order. The chairs are of good quality and easy to assemble.

Ordered an item from this company, no contact regarding delivery dates for a week, emailed them, they told me to contact a 3rd party company (“Charles Taylor Trading” the one that actually supplies the item), 3rd party company says they have no record of my order.

I instead decided to order from the 3rd party company directly where it is not only cheaper, but delivery dates are significantly quicker.

This whole company seems to have some shady business practices going on. Same company registered under multiple names with identical copies of the website:
- Lemon Pavillion
- Buttercup Farm
- Pink Sky Trading

…and then selling things where they place an order with another company on behalf of you. Very strange.

Not the kind of business practices that give any confidence in the company.

Brilliant service. I ordered the garden furniture on Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. Packed on pallets and delivered by a lovely man from Brains. The furniture is exactly as described, well made and looks great. Will definitely be using them again.

Generally pleased with the double hook bird feeding station however would have appreciated spiked poles in order to facilitate insertion into the ground.
Packaging was damaged but luckily item was not

My first experience with this company. Everything was A1 from ordering online through to delivery well on time. Was in particular impressed with the excellent way the fragile ceramic bonsai pots and plates were packed. Well done and five stars !!

I found the product required, in this case 2 x 5 shelf slatted storage units in pine. They were middle of the range in terms of cost but looked well finished and ideal for my need sizewise.
