What a lovely Company to deal with. Through no fault of Lemonpavilion my order was delivered by The Courier to another address. Lemonpavilion offered to sort out the problem with the Courier and immediately offered to send a replacement item. Such kind and helpful service from their Staff. Unfortunately you don’t always receive this. Thank you all at Lemonpavilion.

Great product matched my existing garden furniture. Arrived within a week. For info to the company the emails i received, except the first, was flashed up as possible scam. Not sure what you can do about it?

Great slimline bookcase. Easy to order, fast delivery and great prices and easy to contact and communicate with. I had a question around delivery and it was swiftly answered over Emails. The company are really responsive.
The product itself is perfect, just what we were looking for, it was exactly as advertised and came with fool proof instructions and was easy to put up, took 2 of us around 25 minutes.

Perfect, very efficient delivery, ordered on a Wednesday, delivered, built and filled on Thursday. Extremely pleased with service, very easy to assemble.

Fast delivery. Swing seat was exactly as described on the website. Delivered mostly pre-built. Took 10 mins to easily put together with screwdriver and 2 spanner’s. Swing seat is strong and well built.

Ordered an item through their website on 11th July. Then received an email to say no longer in stock although website said would be delivered in 3-4 days. Have rang customer services and emailed the company but no refund received a month later. Wouldn’t use this company again unfortunately.
