Lovely piece of furniture and a great price. Very good communication with Lemon Pavillion re the delivery.

Ordered a planter and took the option to “add four feet” to it. Planter arrived with three blocks of wood and instructions to fit them myself. I complained about this not being as described and they refused to pay for me to return them. I returned them at my own cost over two weeks ago and have had no refund and they have ignored three emails asking for an update. Awful customer service - I regret buying from them.

I ordered two lanterns via the B&Q website which stated that the lanterns would be sent directly from Lemon Pavilion. Unfortunately the couriers delivered the parcels in a battered state, needless to say both lanterns were damaged. I contacted Lemon Pavilion directly and I couldn't have asked for their team (Aimee and Tracey) to be more helpful in rectifying the problem. They asked the packing department to provide extra padding and support on the boxes when the replacements were sent. This was speedily sorted and the replacement lanterns arrived undamaged. In fact, they looked so good, I ordered another two, again, well packaged and sent within days. Well done girls, you turned a complaint into a positive situation and made another sale.

Very slow delivery -- very poor quality ( Starling Nestboxes ) -- badly assembled -- badly cut + splits in some parts of the wood .

Great service goods arrived next day

We bought a love seat as an anniversary present. Initially I spoke to an assistant at Lemonpavillion on the phone to check delivery times. She said she would keep an eye out for our online order and mark it as priority. The bench was delivered in three days!!!

When something was not right the staff did everything the could to put it right. Even though it was not their problem it was a third party website at fault. They have very good customer service and are very helpful. A good company to deal with.

Easy to order, fast delivery and great prices, slightly cheaper than other major retailers, free delivery. They keep you informed of when you can expect your parcel. Have used a couple of times, my go to for amazing vases.

I had struggled for weeks to find a garden water feature that I liked until I came across Lemon Pavilion’s website. Good choice of products, prompt and well packaged delivery.

Delivery and service I can’t fault, but the product itself is of poor construction. I’ve had to repair the brand new chairs by refixing the slats where they’ve fallen apart coming out of the box. Longer screws were needed. The holes for the bolts only just line up, they needed some persuasion. The table between the two chairs is as basic as can be, but could have proper fixings to retain it. I’ll be attaching it with hidden fixings at a later date

The delivery was free and the love bench is more beautiful in real life, and as per description, very minimal assembly. Only had to wait a few days for the bench to arrive as well. A very good company to buy from

Update: I have improved the star rating by one based on the finale to my experience. The end of which is that the defective item I received has been returned and I am relieved to say that I did not pay for the return courier and that I have also been refunded the full amount which I originally paid for the order.

And so I am satisfied with the conclusion, but not with my overall experience.

The negative points are that the communication throughout the returns process was not good and the returns process was not straightforward, which caused me worry and led me to have low confidence in the process along the way.

Good points are that the product seemed to be of a generally high quality and so I must have been unlucky with the defects mine had. Other customers have had good experiences, so again I may have been unfortunate this time. The Sales people at the company were polite at all times and did deliver in terms of the return and refund in the end, but I did have to do a fair amount of chasing. It was not an easy or particularly transparent returns process.

So in conclusion, I think that this company has behaved decently - thank you. However, I do think that they should streamline their returns process and be more proactively communicative on the customer service front.

Original review: I read the reviews before ordering and could see that many people had had great experiences, but that a few people had not. With this very much in mind, I weighed things up and on balance I decided to go ahead and order. The delivery process was really good. I was also pleased with the quality of the product (a 3m twin sail gazebo) as I unpacked it and started to assemble it. Unfortunately as I was assembling it, two faults became apparent - one tube was deformed which meant it could not fit into its mate. And also one of the fixed bolt threads was spinning in its mount which meant it was impossible to pull that bolt up tight. This meant that the gazebo could not be assembled and so I contacted Customer Service to organise return of the item. Then things became a little complicated. Firstly there are a number of companies (Buttercup Farm and Lemon Pavillion part of Pink Sky Trading) which are linked or overlapping and this is confusing. For example, I bought from one company website but another is the one which I'm now dealing with. Customer Service took a week to get back to me with a plan and that was only after I eventually gave a firm deadline. They then requested a day on which the item could be collected, which took a bit of coordination domestically to arrange but now they haven't confirmed whether this collection will definitely go ahead on the day specified, what the process is and who the courier is. I don't yet have a returns address and cannot find one on either the Buttercup Farm or Lemon Pavillion websites. And so I am not terribly confident that the returns process/collection will go smoothly at the moment. I have emailed and messaged over the weekend to try to confirm a returns address (the warehouse or returns company may not be the same as the official company address after all). In contrast I returned items to another company in 4 clicks online yesterday - admittedly clothing rather than garden equipment, but the process should be similar. I will write another review or update this one once this issue has been resolved.

Interim Update - The original returns collection had to be abandoned because I hadn't been sent an address label and so the courier could not accept the item. I phoned Buttercup Farm and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, apologised and said she'd send me one by email, which she did immediately. The return collection was then made a day or so later without a problem.

I then heard nothing back, so emailed for an update and was sent a holding reply.

I was relieved to be refunded the full amount in mid July.
