Bought two chests of drawers with a 3-5 day delivery. Delivery didn’t happen during this timescale inspite of me repeatedly phoning and being told it would be there on day 5. Since I’ve cancelled, after many requests to do so, they have suddenly offered a delivery. Communication is appalling as you have to through B & Q. I was effectively told off for approaching them directly. I’m sure they will blame B & Q but the emails I’ve received promising delivery have come directly from Lemon Pavilion. Have just received an email asking for £50 before they’ll refund my money. As they haven’t fulfilled their contract, I’m not paying £50. Perhaps it would have been more appropriate to offer me compensation for this chaotic episode which has taken up an enormous amount of my time over the last 4-5 days. Lemon Pavilion are blaming B& Q but I spoke to them directly and have responses from them. Still trying to get a refund on 27th December. AVOID!

They have the worst material ever and they deliver late and do not accept refunds without you paying 50 GBP back.

I bought a tall black iron vase from Lemonpavilion because they were a verified seller on B & Q and the vase arrived damaged. The iron on top of the vase was torn so the lid on the vase could not sit properly on top of the vase. I requested for a collection and refund of the damaged product and l was offered collection of almost one week later. Their customer service is horrible and very unsupportive and l received no apologies for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged product. After reading their reviews it appears that they have a pattern of selling damaged products and failing on collection dates hereby delaying your refund. I have had to drag this huge heavy box to return at B & Q. This product is made of metal and could not have been damaged in transit on the way to me but a defect right from their warehouse which should have been detected before sending out to me. From previous buyers experience as well as mine, this company seems to think it is alright to consistently send out damaged products to its customers and this is certainly not right. I do not recommend this seller. Buyers please beware.
