I have to laugh about the 5 star reviews - the 1 star I reckon are the real ones.
I’ve read companies can hire people to churn out 5 star reviews so - enough said !!!

Item as described, good quality easy to understand assembly instructions. Price comparable with other suppliers. Despatched promptly in good sturdy packaging.

Very disappointed to find on day delivery is due and I chase order that it was apparently damaged in transit and now out of stock. I then had to click a link to cancel order to receive refund so it looks like I cancelled when clearly I had no choice.

Order goods via B&Q, didn’t realise I was dealing with a third party until too late. Told once order was placed that the item was out of stock and wouldn’t be back in for 12 weeks! I emailed after a few months to ask for an update and received a curt response saying “we told you 12 weeks “. Nice. Then lo and behold just before it was due to be in stock I get an email saying it is still out of stock and no idea when it will be in. What a joke. Feel like I was lied to from the start, zero customer service. Basic generic apology. Received refund. Will be recommending friends and family steer well clear of ordering through B&Q if this is the third party treatment you receive.

Update- order was placed on the B&Q website as stated. It was a third party sale and this “company” was the one that were to fulfil the order and failed to do so. Review left with B&Q and Lemonpavilion. Only this company are passing the blame, which seems to be a consistent thing when you read other reviews on here. Rather than just saying “sorry we couldn’t supply you with the goods you paid for in a reasonable turnaround” they wash their hands of it and blame B&Q. They didn’t fail to provide the goods, you did!!! Buyer beware!!!

The initial update email regarding my order was polite, helpful & informative and advised me of delivery between 11th and 16th of April.
I was next given confirmation of delivery on 15th April and sure enough, at 20.55 hrs our shed arrived.
Highly commendable delivery driver didn’t let us down, even at that late hour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The shed is of excellent quality at a good price!

Very pleased with the Wendy house. Went together as per the instructions and everything was supplied.

Ordered, 2 days later the order was cancelled without any warning, explaination or apology. Several attempts to contact were ignored. Total lack of respect for customer service.

They're a reseller- products are available from other retailers who will provide better service. Don't waste your time and order from elsewhere.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this company! They lie and cannot be trusted! Stay clear! I ordered a Bistro set on Amazon from this seller.. The set I ordered was advertised at a lower price then usual when I purchased it, lemon pavilion then contacted me to say the item wasn't in stock and asked me to cancel the order from my end..The item was showing in stock both on Amazon and their actual website and available for delivery within 1 to 4 days! However they've just told me it's out of stock!! They didn't want to fulfil my order as it was a lower price..They consistently lied to both myself and Amazon representatives about the item being out of stock and they clearly had no intention of ever sending me this item despite me placing my order,paying and forming a contract! Funnily enough the bistro set is still showing available on their website in multiple colours!! I would avoid at all costs! They can't be trusted..I have nothing good to say about them.

Have ordered several times as their price was better on the items I was looking for. Although it was a delicate item it arrived well packed and within a couple of days.

Easy company to order from, item arrived well secured so no damage. Very pleased with the Dove house looks lovely up.

Awful quality gate, screws protruding through front, gaps everywhere and customer service awful.
It's been over three weeks since they sent me a replacement shoddy gate to replace the first shoddy gate and they still haven't come to collect it.
Why is there no option to give 0 stars?.

We ordered a garden arch at 12 noon on a Weds. It was delivered to us by DHL the next day at 9am! While we appreciate that this won’t always happen, it was excellent customer service. The arch is metal and made in a British forge, so it’s great to support British businesses.

Great service and fantastic product.
I would 100% recommend
