Very efficient ordering system and quality of goods is excellent and substantial but instructions for what we bought should really say that it takes two people as extremely heavy to hold, screw and lift on your own.

Despite speaking to their colleagues to confirm delivery timescales for a shed, they were two weeks late. I had to call three times during this time. No one had taken accountability and it took them over a month for their customer service team to respond to say they will not be doing anything to try rectify the situation. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent service and communication from placing the order to the delivery. I was advised of the delivery date and the driver contacted me when he was on route. The driver was very polite and delivered the stones exactly where I required them, and showed his driving skills of reversing and unloading the bags of stones without any problem. I would have no hesitation of recommending your company to my family and friends.

I had a very disappointing experience. The item I received was not as described and looked completely different from the image advertised on their website. When I raised this issue, instead of addressing my concerns, the company altered the product photo online to make it look less appealing, which suggests the original listing was misleading. In addition, I found the staff unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the matter. Overall, I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and misleading advertising.

Great prices and super fast delivery. Online chat was very useful when I had a question pre ordering. Already plan to use them again and would definitely recommend.

For the money, it's not bad. I was able to build the shed as the instructions were super clear, and it arrived on time. The build quality is not great - a number of the pieces were not cut to the correct size, and a bit of impromptu jigging had to be done to get things to work. However, as I said, generally pretty happy with the final outcome.

Ordered a log store through B & Q which were selling on behalf of Leompavillion. Later received a call from Lemonpavillion stating that they wouldn’t deliver due to staying in Scotland! Still awaiting my refund despite having been ordered and paid for on 7 August 2025. B and Q still advertising item for sale with confirmation that they deliver to my post code. Don’t deal with this company if you stay in Scotland.

I just bought a shed from this company costing £1131. Its a pent shed 8x8 feet. I got joiners to put it up on 18 July and 2 days later there were serious leaks on the back panel. I contacted Lemon Pavilion and they have denied liability as I didn't treat the shed inside & out. But this wasn't in the advert on B&Q website & I didn't have chance to treat it before it leaked anyway!
The advert says its designed to withstand the worst of the British weather- that's a laugh.
I'm having to pursue a partial refund through my credit card company now--what a hassle.
There are holes near the windows where the rain can get it. Also the door is just over 5 feet high- not good for a six footer. *Think twice before you buy from this company*

What a great company, the delivery was fast with updates all the way, a lovely message thanking me for buying from them and the product was gorgeous and well worth the money, so much so I ordered another identical one the next day, a company I would recommend if you looking for value for money and good quality items

With the help of a charming member of their sales team, I ordered a 2 seater garden swing seat. It was received in record time. I am thrilled with my purchase, and even more so with Lemon Pavilion.
I highly recommend them without hesitation!

I bought a 850kg bag of gravel from them and since their product description doesn't specify the size of the gravel itself, I assumed it was similar to the other products that were listed at the time. As a consequence, I found out it was the wrong size when it was delivered, and they dumped in on the pavement (and not even near my house...) and didn't accept that I had refused delivery. They then charged me £50 for them to return the delivery.

I bought 3 wall arches, finished in black. They seemed a bit expensive but when I saw them I was impressed with their quality - the welding, thickness of the metal and the perfect black finish gave me confidence that they would last for many years. Each arch was in 3 sections that bolted together, good because otherwise they would be too heavy for me to move. I worked out a method to install them on my house wall and so installation was easy - a one man job.

Product was fine (fence panels) but would not use again. Delivery system is hopeless. Confirmation email clearly states we would be warned in advance of delivery but instead we received an email at 10am and the driver was there five minutes later. This is not a one-off as we placed two orders over a month and happened both times. In the real world, people work for a living and therefore are unlikely to be at home at 5 mins notice. Please think about the customer experience - you are responsible for the delivery as much as the sales and manufacturing - both in eyes of the law and in terms of customer experience.

They’re cons I bought a product and didn’t like it l, I returned it and they refused to refund me my money. Stay away from them guys they’re hiding behind B&Q and ripping people off
