I originally purchased a Ruffwear harness from Leading Dog 6 months ago for my new houdini rescue setter. Laura went above and beyond to source the colour and size I required, knowing the urgency. 6 months later, the harness had developed a manufacturing fault and so I contacted Ruffwear direct for their comments who said I needed to contact Leading Dog in the first instance. An email and a photograpgh of the manufacturing problem to Leading Dog and immediately Laura despatched a replacement harness, no questions asked.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Leading Dog. Thank you so much, Laura.
BTW I would highly recommend the Web Master harness; my setter has been unable to back out of this one, unlike some others.

Excellent quality products and absolutely worth the investment! They may not be the cheapest, but the quality speaks for itself. When it comes to your dog, you won’t regret spending for something this well made.

Expensive bed but very good bed as my last gor pet bed last 5 years but royal mail dose let them down with tracking.

I placed an order on Friday 8th August. After tracking package which only showed a dispatch date of 11th with 48hr delivery so contacted Laura on 14th August. Asked to wait until 15th to see if turned up before contacting again.
Contacted twice on 15th advising items had not been received. I have received no response to request for a refund.
Buyer beware as you may never receive your order and may need to contact credit card company to retrieve a refund.

It fits OK just right on smallest as it can go only thing no grab handle is harder for me but I like it thank you

A bit rubbish. Took order for items at the beginning of the week. Cancelled and refunded payment at the end of the week. No communication, no apology for wasting time.

Please get your stock levels and website more up to date…I’m guessing this was the problem but would be nice to have heard from you!!
