I had the pleasure of working with Natalie Chan at Lawcomm Solicitors for my recent property purchase, and I can confidently say she is one of the most dedicated and capable professionals I’ve come across.

From the very start, Natalie was easy to reach, responsive by both phone and email, and consistently kept me updated. I never once felt in the dark. Her attention to detail was truly outstanding; she identified a critical omission in the lease and went the extra mile to recommend solutions, including an indemnity policy and Deed of Variation.

She handled negotiations with the seller’s solicitor on firm legal grounds and remained calm and composed throughout, even with the pressure of six parties in the chain. What really stood out was her commitment beyond just ticking boxes, she didn’t just stop at completion, but also followed up on post-completion matters to make sure everything was wrapped up properly.
