No question their hair systems are top notch but their customer service is bottom of the barrel.
I placed an order and was notified fairly quickly that my item is on backorder and will take 2 weeks. No problem. Two weeks go by and I contact them and am told another 2 weeks. Yet another 2 weeks go by and again I have to initiate the line of communication. So I have waited over a month and still have no idea when or if I am getting my order.

Absolutely gorgeous. Without this theme by Lavivid my life would not have been as beautiful. Thanks for the great quality and fast delivery

My name is Anthony Sigheti and I am 25 years old . About two years ago I started experiencing hair loss and went through a lot of depression. Wondering “why it is happening to me? I’m so young!“, and what can I do to prevent this hair from falling.
I stopped modeling , going out with friends and it was right when Covid started.
I wouldn’t take selfies anymore, even look at myself in the mirror.
I started using Rogaine but didn’t like the way it made my head itch. So I stopped using it which caused my hair to fall out even more.. at this point I am a complete mess and ready to just give up on everything.

I've started losing my hair since the age of 19, as you can imagine it was a big hit on my confidence, when you are so young you have too many things to worry about, and hair loss is something you really don't want to add to that list. I started using medication (minoxidil and finisteride) but they stopped working, and at the age of 24 I decided to undergo to a hair transplant. Every thing was going great until I started to lose my hair again and that's where I noticed that the HT was botched and I couldn't even shave my hair due to the scars left by the surgeon. I started using copious amount of concealers to cover my bald spots until I finally took the decision to try hair systems. I honestly have to say that it wasn't an easy journey. The first one I had was a junky and faulty rug provided by an hair saloon that charged me a fortune. I hated it so much that I changed it after a month and a half. The second one was from an online shop and still wasn't good enough, the hair was coarse and dry and it looked fake. I was about to give up until I came across LAVIVID HAIR, and it was a game changer! My first unit was Helios, full Swiss lace, and I could immediately notice the amazing quality of the hair, and master craftsmanship that goes on making those pieces. Soft hair, easy to style and to maintain and very natural hairline. I am currently wearing a Mirage thin skin poly and I can just say that I LOVE IT! I can style my hair however I want (even if I love my right parted quiff and I stick with that), the hairline is so undetectable and is a peace of mind. It's easy to maintain so it suits my lifestyle and it rarely tangles.
I can certainly say that I'll be a LaVivid Hair customer from now on and I'll never change it.

I have been with LaVivid Hair since 2019 and I’ve always had GREAT wigs. Each one was always better than the other. I get thick skin base, and it’s absolutely wonderful to upkeep. I’ve been so grateful to have LaVivid hair, it’s easy to care for with the right products and conditioners. Smooth hair, voluminous, and lasts me longer than any other wig I’ve owned. Updating my review. First impressions were highly favorable, but 2 weeks in things look very different. Ordered a custom system with European hair and Remy Indian grey hair. Initial overall quality seemed excellent. The density and workmanship truly excellent. The problem is the hair quality - the hair is exceptionally dry and brittle after only 2 weeks. The second time the unit was washed the hair tangled badly- worse than any unit I’ve ever owned in 20+ years of wearing hair.

To be clear, I know how to shampoo, condition and care for a hair system properly- I’ve been doing this 20+years. How it is even possible that European and Remy Indian hair can tangle so badly is bewildering.

I purchased a stock system as well- same inferior hair quality- dry brittle and wirey right out of the box. Unlike the custom unit with excellent workmanship, the stock system is pretty bad - no crown to speak of- hair injected into the base in all directions. Truly disappointing. I’m now wondering if all the positive reviews might be sponsored somehow.

But don’t take it from me- place an order and see for yourself.

I just want to say how utterly amazed I am with the overall experience I've had with Lavivid.

I'm 31 and have worn hair systems since I was 27, so a good number of years now. I've been through it all, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I've tried companies such as Hair4all, Toplace, and UK Hair systems. Each and every time I was let down by in one way or another (Customer service, time frames, quality, etc)

From start to finish, the experience I've had with Lavivid has been absolutely outstanding. Their customer service is top tier, they're speedy, and the quality of hair I received outperforms the competitors mentioned above BY FAR.

The most amazing part is, I ended up paying less and receiving a superior product when compared to previously placed orders with other companies.

Do yourself a favor and give these guys a go. I was skeptical at first, but after doing my research (And I do so meticulously), the decision was obvious.

It's been about 3 weeks now and I'm just going to do my redo. Lavivid systems quality is outstanding and the base is like nothing I've ever had. Remember my pre 2000 system was a monofilament with clips! Needless to say that they have come a long way since then!
