LaVivid is the only company I get my hair from and to be honest I cannot find a company to match the quality, price and amazing customer service they provide to their customers. I have been wearing hairsystems for the good part of ten years and I have tried other companies but they cannot hold a candle to LaVivid. I will always support them because they support me …they provide unparalleled customer service to their customers and the quality is unbeatable in my opinion. Thank you to LaVivid for being so amazing !

I'm struggling to choose between knot and vlop but finally go for knot. Their customer service is very professional. They almost tell me everything, the hair texture, pros and cons of a certain unit...I was shocked. I met so many distributors who only want to take money from your pocket but lavivid is not they stand in customer shoes. I'll pay for your honestly and fabulous service. You know what, I find out i love knot better than vlop. That's the meaning of customer service, who really cares about their customers.

The hair color matches my natural shade perfectly. After a month, it still looks amazing. I keep my hair simple and low-maintenance, and it's held up great!

I have tried many companies after the closure of hair direct. I tried lordhair awful in quality and customer service. I tried bono hair who are simply thieves. I tried lavivid and quite happy with the hair and customer service has been superb.i recomend them highly as they are quick in response and never have let me down. (Alberto)

I just put it on well not bed l have to say I'm quite satisfied with the length and style they give me so l don't need to go to my stylish who lives 15 miles away from me. I'll go to the gym on the weekend and I hope it can stick tightly on my head.

I’ve been a big fan for lavivid for 2 years. Their products are amazing, service are fabulous. I used to buy from amazon as the price is cheaper but it sheds so much after 2 weeks use, you get what you paid for. Now the Eros on my head is about to reach 4 months I’m so surprised and thankful. I will definitely recommend it to you.

I buy the Expensive European Hair, everything is fine and dandy until it begins to shed ( 3 months or so ) when it does, expect this fine hair EVERYWHERE!! THEY CLAIM IS 100% HUMAN HAIR, BUT SINCERELY DOUBT IT, BECAUSE AS IT SHEDS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN HAIR SO THIN. I GET IT EVERYWHERE IN MY CAR, MY BED, WHEN I AM EATING, ITS A MESS!!! Customer Service in China, almost impossible to reach!!!
They replied telling me, it must be the quality of the Hair Product's I use, well, if I can spend almost $500 for a hairpiece, I can most definitely use the best products for my Hair. One of the pieces was Defective from the get go and after about a week,the shedding started, I emailed them, left voicemails, waited until very late at night to try to reach the, they kept arguing with me about, by then I had to buy another piece( almost $500 ) because I couldn't handle the hair everywhere, finally I was told, they would give me a credit for a future piece, which NEVER happened. Bendels has an equal or better hair and their Customer Service is in the US.

Do not buy from this company. Horrible customer service. Just get it wholesale from Ali Baba like they probably do. Much cheaper anyway.

From the first day that I called, I’ve been dealing with a wonderful lady by name of Fanny, She has been professional, Kind, Caring, And overall, someone that I absolutely trust in assisting me and make decisions in the products that I purchase.
When I started wearing hair systems, it was very difficult for me, and I went through a very difficult time, the clubs that I was associated with and paid hardly cost memberships had poor service and bad quality product

As we all know, we want to look our best and low quality and cheaply made systems just don’t work. This company is very very reasonable for the excellent quality of product that they provide. All my Hair systems from this company has been fantastic, I have Not had any major issues however there was one time that my shipment got lost due to the wrong address that I had provided, Amazingly, as I was desperate for a hair system, they immediately had a system sent to me. after the hair system that was lost finally showed up at my house I returned it back to them, talking about great customer service taking care of someone like me in a desperate situation. I greatly appreciate it.
Truly they have the best customer service I ever experienced in my entire life in any business, the product is very, very good.
I recommend this company to anyone believe me you will not go wrong. This is the company you want to deal with and get your hair systems from.

I have always used lavivid and have never had any problems. Each and every system is crafted to the highest quality.

I would never get a custom hair system ever again. I ordered my custom hair system back last year at the end of September. I paid for rush order . It arrived. All was good for the 1st 3 weeks after that I went to wash it and all he'll broke loose. It developed into a full blown rats nest. After 2 weeks then washed it again and pulled all the hair out of it and the rats nest just got worse. After that at some point I see why the rats nest was happening. It was caused by the hair extension tape that they put on this unit. This unit was never a true system that was weaved unto the base unit. We'll of course they don't warrant custom hair system and they don't even look at the custom hair system. It's shipped from factory to your door step. I'm with holiwood hair now and I love them. Alex has done a Fabulous job at handling my hair systems. So I'm here to tell my story for all to hear and decide for yourself before you make your order. Good luck ..

I ordered my very first Hair toupee from lavivid, and I have a blast wearing them it's so easy to install and super easy to take care of, and they also have Good customer service we can contact them on Social media platforms, especially on Facebook and Instagram.

I just got my new piece installed, it looks beautiful when it just came in. I use HD in the past and now I have to switch to other vendors. My stylist recommend Lavivid to me and she said it is the best one she'd ever seen..And then we put it on my head, it fit perfectly. Good hair, no dry at all, good shape in front, good color..My experience with Alleah is good as well, she is quite helpful and thoughtful.

Buyer beware. You can only contact them by email and they respond in the middle of the night because they are in China. I ordered two 8x10 hairs systems and they are 8x9.5. 1/2 inch shorter, so it doesn’t fit properly and it’s too short on my forehead. They said that it’s a handmade product and the size will vary. 1/2 inch is a big variance. There is a language barrier in the communications. My contact who goes by the name Fenny said that they are not going to do anything about it and my money is gone. The sad thing I already ordered a third system. I found out too late the first two are 1/2 inch too short. I have lost $1,500 thus far. My advice is to ask alot of questions because it never occurred to me that they are not to 8x10 specifications. I am contacting the state they are registered in to file a complaint and contacting the department of consumer affairs.

I purchased a product on sale and it last it two months. When I purchased the product I thought it's the last product so they want to get rid of that. The hair unit lasted two months, not very good. The customer service is not helpful. I ordered another hair unit and it didn't left China yet, after 6 days when I placed the order.
