After comparing the items on the site and completing the speedy checkout process with a price that could not be beaten anywhere else, the instructions on delivery policy was easy to follow and as described the item I ordered arrived on time, and well protected, thanks for the great service.

I ordered a pair of running shoes which unfortunately didn't fit me so I followed the instructions about returning them and received a fast response and was kept updated regarding my refund. Return postage was free of charge. This is the type of service I expect when purchasing goods online and Lanson Running delivered!

I was fist attracted to Lanson Running by their very unbeatable prices but they also offer unbeatable service....so why bother to look elsewhere?

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 10 via Ebay (LansonRunning.com) and was really happy with the speed at which the product was shipped and delivered. I was kept up to date by email regarding the status of my order. I requested an orange strapped version and that is exactly what I received. I live in the Republic of Ireland and the watch arrived within a few days of being ordered. I would strongly recommend this supplier and will very likely purchase from them again in the future. Buying online is always a little nervy so its nice to have found a supplier that has met/exceeded my expectations.

Ordering and delivery process was all very fast and efficient, happy with my purchase - good quality.
Room for improvement perhaps in the way items are detailed on the website (eg I'd like to know the dimensions of pockets in clothing so I know what I'll be able to fit in them - just keys, or Oyster card too?) and availability on popular sizes is not always great.
Once purchased however, the delivery process is excellent.

I bought a pedometer. It works very well and I am surprised by how little I walked so I am now taking proper walks walks to improve my activity.

There was an initial problem with the product colour displayed on Amazon but this was corrected very quickly with a very good fast response to my questions. A small error in the delivery was also corrected very quickly.

I saw Lanson had some interesting high quality other running products so I soon placed another order.
