I ordered on Sunday and got my new Newtons Tuesday, brilliant. Good price and free delivery. What's not to like? Thank you Lanson Running. :-)

I place and order in the morning for a pair of shoes, however when the wife found out I had ordered she wanted a pair added to the order. Having already finalised the payment and order I thought we would have to complete a separate transaction, postage charge etc. I was very pleased when we contacted the staff at Lanson. They processed the new items and combined it all into the one postage pack, no problems at all. The items were received very quickly and were exactly as described. Thanks

I've bought new running shoes online. They were the same I hade before. But much sheeper than the store! Great!

As usual when dealing with Lanson the goods ordered were received very quickly and were exactly as ordered. For running shoes I don't bother looking anywhere else, I just go straight to Lanson.

I needed the running shorts quickly as a birthday present. I found exactly what had been asked for from the wide range and the birthday girl was delighted. I tried Lanson Running because I'd ordered from them before and again found exactly the running top I wanted. Many thanks!

The shoes I received had obviously been worn before. They had grit and dirt embedded in the soles. This was not from being tried on in the shop on carpet, they had been worn on the street. The box was not the right box for these shoes either.
Lanson running have accepted that this is the case and have given me a full refund but only after I had repacked the goods and gone to the trouble of sending them back. They have been very generous in giving me a £10 voucher to spend in their shop so long as I do so within 4 weeks!

Ordered a pair of Sunwise Thirst Pearl glasses last Sunday - turns out they are not due to be in stock til around December, which I only found out after 5 days when I decided to email customer services to find out where my order was. Somehow the email informing me of this did not reach me, which was my only issue with the service. Upon emailing on the Friday morning, I received a reply within hours with an apology and the offer of the next best pair or a full refund for the glasses. Speedy replies from Lanson Running saw me confirm that I did indeed want to swap to the next best pair (with a £5 refund for the price difference) and which colour I would prefer. I then promptly received the glasses (Sunwise Boost) in the post the next morning. Very impressed with how quickly the issue was rectified...and I love my new sunglasses! Will definitely buy from here again! :)

Apparently there was a slight delay with my order so delivery was a little slow. Perhaps 'out of stock' may have been helpful if orders are needed particularly quickly.

GREAT shoes - long distance is perfect - Gravity is giving my friend a hard time. I understand for Newton there is a 30 day trial of the shoes. I love mine, but she cannot run in hers so far..
Website is easy and professional. Very nice looking. Sooo easy to order. Maybe the best internet purchase (easy and understandable and professional at the same time).

Only 1 pair of the shoes held extra laces in the box.

Delivery was really slow, but service was great all along.

I have been impressed in the past with Lanson running when deployed abroad they had no issues with BFPO postage. Again no problems with delivery and product.

The prices are very competitive, the range is good and the delivery was free and fast!
