I ordered some Olive leaf extract capsules that were competitively priced and arrived very quickly. The packaging was robust so no chance of damage in transit. I would definitely recommend Landys.

Beware of the online service. Their website explicitly states "fast shipping" which is false advertising. Here's my experience of my 1st and LAST order, how my transaction has been handled. By the time I receive my order, it will have taken 10days! I also have reason to believe I have been lied to when I called to investigate where my order was, I was told Royal mail was ready to have it sent out on the Tuesday having already taken longer than expected, then I was informed in writing I'd receive it by the Thursday. I was given a tracking number that showed Royal mail had been received notification that Landys Chemist were due to send out my order, NOT Sent despite being told otherwise. When Royal mail receives notification from a sender/business that an item has been requested to be sent, that is not the same as order on route! I knew this to be the case when one of the colleagues fobbed me off on the phone, when the tracking showed it wasn't even in the Royal mail transit. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service (lack thereof) and will never purchase from this company again.

This is the second time I have ordered from Landys Chemist, and it was a first class experience.

The product that was pictured was not the product sent. I wanted the original version of Lancôme hypnose drama waterproof as the new version is not fit for purpose. I’m a swimming teacher and the ‘new formula’ is useless and I can find it all over my face and towel after swimming. I purposely bought this as the pictures showed the original formula.
