I’ve been using Landys Chemists for more than a few years, and they've been fairly good, processing and posting orders within a day or two. But things have changed, and I had to cancel my previous order because after several days of waiting, I saw no sign of posting. I thought perhaps that was a one-off unforeseen problem so I ordered again, Echinacea that I needed for my cold and lactase that I regularly use. I placed the order on 07 January, last week. I received an email 4 days ago giving me the tracking number but they posted the item on Tuesday and finally, I received my purchase today on 15 January.
The only explanation is that these people advertise & take orders for items they don’t have which is dishonest and disrespectful to the customers. I obviously bought my last item from this lot and am not happy with myself for giving them 2 stars that they don’t deserve.

Ordered 2 Australian bush flower remedies exactly 1 week ago. These items were to get me through a family funeral. Desperately needed for Thursday morning, day of the funeral. Emailed them to see if the item had been sent and no response. Rung them up, the items hadn't even been sent out for delivery. Beyond mortified. Not even a phone call to say we can send one of them for you as we are waiting on more stock of another. Dont put it on your website if you dont have it in stock!!! Could have ordered them elsewhere and had them in time! Being a chemist which people are dependable upon, this company needs to do better!!

Really fast delivery and always reliable

I placed order 101167798, and it has remained unshipped since December 29. The order has not been handed over to the shipping company, and the status has shown no progress.
I contacted customer support, and I was advised to wait until Wednesday, January 7, 2026, for an update. While I appreciate the response, the overall delay and lack of clear communication are disappointing and do not meet the level of service I expected.
I hope the company addresses this issue seriously and improves its processes and transparency for future customers.

Took my money. No confirmation of order by email or on my online account. Didn't reply to 2 emails. Am disputing payment and going to get my money back, I had to order from another company. Avoid.

Haven't received my order yet. I ordered it on the 29th Dec and realise there was a BH on the 1st January, however the tracker is saying that Royal Mail haven't received it despite company dispatching it on the 29th...would appear that its got lost!!!!

Quality supplements at a great price... with free deliver over £15. Arrived quicker than I expected this time, and over the Christmas period. Well done Landys!
