Great customer service
Initial order went well, however on arrival, my item was very close to it's best before date. I emailed the company who replied promptly (on a Sunday) offering me a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement which arrived really quickly.
I appreciate that these things happen but the way in which issues are dealt with when they arise make all the difference.

Slow despatched and poor customer service
The products and postage costs maybe good. The delivery of your ordered items has been dreadful so slow and I think only dispatched when I followed up to see where my order was. Due to this delay I’ve not got my vitamins in time to go away.
I won’t be using them again
UPDTE; No communication in answer to my complaint. And the package took THREE days to arrive. So all one week from ordering to receipt. POOR!

Placed my first order with this company.
Unfortunately the post office sent the delivery to the wrong depot, not Landys fault.
Contacted sales support team to get issue resolved, they handled it very well.
I have now received the item, only a week late.
Again not Landys fault, just not a very good impression for a first order.
I will be using them again

If I’m honest, I was a bit wary of buying from Landy as I hadn’t heard of the company before, but I have to say I will certainly be using this company again absolutely amazing prompt service, as well as being cheapest on the Internet for the item, sun cream, that I needed would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again.
