Steve saved our Freind from a baking hot drive back to the Netherlands!
We cannot thank Steve in Market Street Preston enough for his absolute first-class service!
My friend Roy had driven all the way over from the Netherlands to visit us, but in the middle of the baking summer heatwave, his car’s air conditioning completely packed up. The prospect of him having to drive all the way back across the UK, catch the ferry, and travel through Europe with no cool air in that sweltering heat was an absolute nightmare.
We called around desperately trying to find a garage that could help us on extremely short notice. Almost everyone turned us away, but Steve stepped up. He understood the urgency of the situation, squeezed us in at the very last minute, and got the air conditioning fully regassed and freezing cold.
He was an absolute gentleman, incredibly professional, and really looked after us when we were in a tight spot. Thanks to him, Roy can have cool drive back home to the Netherlands.
If you are looking for honest, high-quality, and reliable service in Preston, go to Steve. Highly, highly recommended! 5 stars all the way!

Kwik fits gonna get busy !
Kwik fit Newquay are rapidly heading toward their peak days again. Their decision to use a new manager (Jarrod) is a good one. He has the qualities of their best staff from their highly successful past. This guy has all the characteristics needed to fill this place with customers.
It won't take people long to catch on , so it's gonna get busy, book early.
I've seen good managers here before and Jarrod has all the makings, good luck to the guy !

Slow puncture, speedy service!
I have to write to say what fantastic service is offered by KwikFit in Borehamwood. I had an issue with a slow puncture so tried to show up as early as possible on Saturday morning. Manager George Hurst was helpful as always and despite them being fully booked for appointments for the day, got me in straight away for a tyre check and change. I was in and out within 40 minutes and they had also checked the tyre pressure of all four tyres and topped them up where needed. If I wasn’t under extended warranty with my dealership I would use them for everything car related!

Tried to spend my money without justification
The work itself was carried out satisfactory.
However, I received a vehicle check email highlighting areas of concern that need addressing, which in my case involved replacing three tyres.
Before agreeing to the work, I took the car to a highly respected alternative firm who have been in business for over 80 years, and they advised that none of the tyres on the car required replacing.
Clearly, staff are incentivised to bring in. Extra business.

Yesterday I just wanted my tyres pumped up as I have real anxiety about doing that! The staff didn't make me feel silly for asking for such a simple task, but just helped me and checked all my tyre pressures and were so friendly whilst helping me!

Absolute dishonest awful company
Absolute dishonest, unreliable company - avoid at ALL costs! Caused damage to our car then flatly denied it and claimed it was already there when we dropped it off. Appalling company, I would never use them again. Do not trust them.
