My Wifes car failed its MOT and requires it for work as NHS nurse. Spoke to Rachel at Lincoln Outer circle branch who booked in for me 2 days later and sent the quote as promised. All dealt with very efficiently, much appreciated.

A really good all round service
Really efficient, great communication and very friendly and professional service. Was really easy from start to finish, great communication on the day from initial contact with estimated time with a follow up to tell me arrival time just before. All done on the drive and very convenient.

I waited 4 days for kwikfit to sort my tyre out, the day they arrived, they bought the wrong tyre, they made it urgency. But the next availability was 4 days. I find their service ridiculous and waste of time.

Had a tyre emergency on the way home so went straight to Kwik Fit in Dorking. It was Sunday and there were only two young guys working. They bent over backwards to fit us in and get the tyre problem solved. Well done. Date 19 July 2026,

Cancelled with two hours notice. change at home for…
Booked a tyre change at home for Saturday evening at 6. All confirmed so arranged day around it. At 4 I was called to be told the appointment was cancelled. I called back to reschedule and the operator asked to put me on hold. 15 minutes of holding later I hung up and called back and got a different operator who told me the next appointment was Monday. Cancelled the fitting. Really poor service. Won’t use again

Nothing quick about Kwik fit…
Nothing quick about Kwik fit…. Booked a car in for an appointment and sat waiting for an hour until the car went in 1 hour after its booking slot.
We were advised we could just turn up if needed but booked as thought would be quicker. Turned out not the case.
The gentleman who was operating the desk didn’t seem to care as they were heavily unstaffed by the looks of it.
We won’t be using this garage again.
