Booked online for 4 tyre changes on the same day, fitted within the hour at Bulwell, Nottingham Store, by Lance. Amazing, quick service. Lance was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Kwikfit mobile tyre fitting the other day. Great communication from start to finish. Very convenient as I had my tyres replaced at work. Definitely recommend and will use again myself

Dishonesty and wasting time
Called on Friday to book a battery replacement and explicitly asked whether they could code the new battery. They took my registration, said they’d order it, and told me I’d get a call in around three working days. No reference, no email that anything was ordered.
After hearing nothing, I called back on Wednesday and was told they can fit the battery but can’t code it. Even worse, the original staff member claimed he’d already told me that, which is simply untrue.
If I’d been given the correct information on Friday, I wouldn’t have wasted nearly a week waiting. Poor communication, misinformation, and a complete waste of my time.

Great experience at St Helens Kwik Fit, turned up on the chance to see if they could do my wifes air conditioning recharge on a Toyota aygo. They were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely use them again. Great experience.

What a great bunch of guys!! Sorted my MOT out, gave me an honest report of what needed doing, manager with the beard was very nice to deal with. Also it had air conditioning which was needed to stop me sweating for the dreaded MOT!! 😆

Always use Kwik Fit for not only tyres but also Air Con refills etc and other jobs. The lads in the garage are fantastic and I really like the way they take photographs of everything they do to show you they're not hiding anything. Really trust this company.

Be prepared for long wait and surly staff
What is the point of having an appointment system if it has no bearing on reality. Booked aircon recharge for 11.30. Was told by unveiling receptionist (?) that it would be a "goodish hour". Two hours fifteen minutes and still not done. Receptionist (?) seemed quite surprised when I had the temerity to asked when they thought it would be finished. Clearly, I should just be grateful that they could be bothered to do the job at all.

Excellent service
Super easy to arrange an appointment which was done very quickly. Very efficient service with good communication all the way, plus the young man that came to do the job was polite and respectful and completed the job in no time.
