Using KustomPCs has been great! I live in Denmark and ordered parts for a homemade PC cabinet - delivery was quick and the staff at KustomPCs was very helpful and provided great service. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

My son (15) was building his own computer but experienced some problems right at the end of the build.
We initially tried a different company but they could not resolve the issue even after three weeks!! In the end they suggested that we try Kustom PC for their help.
Right from the start Graham was superb. He explained everything he was going to do and test and he had the problem solved by the next day.
Have used Kustom PC a couple times since and would not go anywhere else.
Excellent service and with the amazing value thrown into the mix why would you - fully recommended.

Having just spent the last three months with my son having a new gaming pc built by Kustompcs, I can authoritatively say that you will not find a more professional, knowledgeable and patient gang than Graeme and his team.

I have to say, these guys are great. I've ordered from them multiple times and had no issues whatsoever, very fast to send off the goods.. They have wonderful and helpful customer service too.

My keyboard, keycaps and mouse arrived the working day after I ordered and were all well packaged. This is to be expected however the customer support is where KustomPcs really shine through. Only offering email support can mean ... a lot of emails. I received fast replies and was kept in know about my computer chair I have on order that has been delayed.

I will most likely continue to order from this company due to their prices and the fact they back that up with support and I suggest everybody else order with them as well.

Bought(Pre Ordered) a mechanical Keyboard. Was updated every step of the way. Changed my order without any problems at all.

I have used this company multiple times over the past few months and I must say they are fantastic to deal with, never had to contact them about any issues so I can't really comment about customer service but I would assume it is great like the rest of the products/services they provide, Items are well packaged and the shipping is lightning fast. If only they could expand some of their product range i'd probably never use any other supplier of PC mods. :)

I had some problems with the company responsible for the delivery, and these guys were always available to help me. I was in contact with a guy named Graeme. Amazing customer support. These kind of companies are rare nowadays. 10/10.

Having realised after several attempts at contacting Aerocool about the ugly side panel of my Mechatron and somehow getting it replaced, I eventually gave up. The panel was full of slats ready for a fan or two to be installed, however we all know that side panel fans are near enough pointless if you already have good airflow.

Having read around the internet, I came across a recommendation for these guys in a forum. They said they do all kinds of custom jobs and are willing to give anything a shot, so I hit them up with an email.

I quickly received a warm and welcoming invitation from who I assume is the owner requesting me to send the panel up to them and they'd see what they could do. After sending the panel last week with MyHermes (who were also great) I received word today within a few days that the work was done, complete with pictures.

Apparently posting image links are a breach of Trustpilot policy, however I can assure that the work looked to be of a very high standard.

I am absolutely over the moon with the work carried out by these guys and can 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. They're one of them rare companies who still pack the personal touch and it pays off. 10/10.

I ordered some PC cable tidying equipment from Kustom PC (Who sold it for a very good price) that I couldn't even find anywhere else. The quality is excellent, but most of all, £2 postage and I got it 20 Hours after ordering. Amazing! Best delivery time i've ever had.

Will definitely order again soon. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I've ordered twice now from Kustom Pcs and both times I've had very reasonable delivery times, and great communication from the shop. (And even a personalised thank you for one of the orders).

My initial concerns were because some of the website doesn't match up to larger companies such as Scan or CCL, but don't be fooled as Kustom PCs are just as worthwhile.

I'm planning further purchases from these guys and don't expect there to be any problems!

I stumbled across these guys while researching watercooling and my word I'm glad I did. They have a huge selection at very reasonable prices, They were very quick to respond to emails and gave me great advice as I'm a noob to watercooling. I highly recommend these guys for all you pc needs I will defiantly will use these again. Super fast delivery well packaged 5stars all day long!!!!

Ordered a few small parts to modify my pc case, delivery was lightning fast and everything was very well packed. A good, trustyworthy site to order from, I'll definitely order again in the future.

firstly i was accused of damaging a cable. which was damaged when delivered, they claim because i sent a message saying " the cable doesn't fit my motherboard can i please swap for a different one" that i somehow forced the living hell out of this cable into my motherboard to the point where the cable was rounded off and i cut the head of the cable to fit my motherboard?... The company stated they cant refund me because its my fault and if i did want the cable back I WOULD HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON A NEW ORDER TO GET THIS BROKEN CABLE BACK. I have never encountered such poor customer service before......

Had a horrible experience with another company (Extak.com) failing to deliver a motherboard in 3 weeks! Found the same item on Kustompcs for a bargain price, ordered it on Thursday night and it was with me on Saturday on standard shipping. Guys seem to know what they are doing, keep up the good work!

I PRE-ORDERED the ducky shine 3 Year Of The Snake Edition, and I was not sure I would get one due to the fact that only 999pcs were being made!! So I contacted customer service, and keep in mind that it is like 1:30am in the morning (approx.), when I sent the email, 2 mins later I get a reply. My reaction was like, WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING WORKING AT THIS TIME AT A PC STORE?! It put a smile to my face. Secondly their response was very good and they assured me that the keyboard would be allocated for me. The employee's there are very kind and friendly (it was almost we were having a skype chat or any other IM service, which I personally like.)
I would like to commend "Graeme" for taking his time to work late and help me out quickly and efficiently.

KustomPCs has been extremely accomodating to my requests, providing hands-down the best service I've ever seen. They let me change an order for a keyboard after it was placed and then later offered to accept a return on the keyboard even though they didn't legally have to. Staff answered my emails promptly and even tested a few keyboards out for me. Simply the best service I've ever had from a supplier.

I ordered some case modding products for my pc, order was dispatched quickly and you get emails to update you at every stage, as well as a Royal Mail tracking number (for the Royal Mail delivery options) which makes it even easier to gauge when the parcel will arrive.

One item was out of stock but this was clearly labelled on the emails and invoice and I received an email from Graeme within hours asking if I'd like an exchange or if I'd like to wait for the product, really great customer service and I even asked some advice on what UV light I would need to which Graeme kindly sent a full response with explanations and great details.

I will most definitely be ordering again and will highly recommend to anyone.
