Ordered a Chloe gift scent (perfume and body wash). Arrived a day late which wasn’t an issue. However, the Chloe box wasn’t plastic sealed which I thought odd. When my partner opened it for her 40th birthday, the bottles had scuff/scrape marks on them so clearly have been out before. Customer service not interested in resolving. Not impressed and will never use this company again.
