Friendly and helpful
I have been very impressed with the helpfulness of the two delivery teams from Kinetic that we have had over the last 7 days. Very friendly and when we asked them to help us unpack a heavy cabinet they were happy to do so. They were very careful moving it to where we wanted and helped us check the cabinet for dents and scratches (there were none) The two names we heard were Simon and Neil but both the teams were excellent.

I was given a 3 hour window yesterday
I was given a 3 hour window yesterday, and in the morning I was able to track to see how far away they were , so was still able to carry on my day without disruption. The updates of times were very accurate, and they arrived on time . The 2 delivery men were very helpful and respectful of my property. The put my very large and heavy parcel exactly where I asked . I was very pleased with their attitude/manners.

Stress-free delivery, all brilliant
Deliveries can be so stressful, but this one was not. I was able to pick a suitable day via an online portal, the driver messaged from the previous drop to give an estimated arrival time and then was really helpful about placing the item in the exact spot I wanted. All brilliant, thank you.

Great Company to deal with .
Lots of sms text and e mail communication concerning the delivery. A text on the day gave me a two hour delivery slot and a further text informed me when the two man delivery team was 20 minutes away.
The delivery team arrived exactly on time and were polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
The delivery was a very heavy package and the guys were kind enough to carry the package to its final location in the garden.
All in all a great experience with this Company and they could be a benchmark for other logistic carriers.
Very highly recommended.

It started yesterday with a text…
It started yesterday with a text informing me that my purchase would be delivered to day. It is fortunate that I am retired as I got a phone call from the delivery team to ask if they could make an earlier delivery time than I had been informed of and I was delighted to accept. This never happens to me, deliveries always come after the given time. The delivery team were friendly and helpful. No adverse comments from me. Great job, thank you.

Anthony and Nenko provided excellent service from start to finish. They called me 20 minutes before arriving, were punctual, and extremely professional. They were friendly and happy to chat while setting up the sofa, making the whole experience pleasant. Once everything was set up, they cleared away all the packaging and left the area spotless—not even a piece of string was left behind. Overall, an outstanding service and a great experience.
