I was informed of the day of delivery, and then told of the three hour delivery slot on the day of delivery and then told twenty minutes before delivery, so fully informed.

The 2 guys that delivered my items were professional, courteous, and friendly. They answered any of my questions thoroughly . Also as i am a disabled person they put my items safely indoors.
They respected mu wife, myself , and my property.

Excellent delivery service
The delivery guys called before arriving, were punctual, and extremely professional. They were friendly and happy to chat while setting up the sofa, making the whole experience pleasant. Once everything was set up, they cleared away all the packaging and left the area spotless. Overall, an outstanding service and a great experience.

Great care taken with the delivery and excellent communications
Excellent communications and a company that handles goods with great care. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the two guys put the very heavy boxes where I asked in my back garden. They also phoned 10 minutes before arriving. They are way ahead of the competition!

Costco delivery
I had a delivery from Costco. The two guys that delivered our goods were very helpful and earlier than expected, Tony one of the drivers phoned to say he was 10 minutes away. Tracking was available all the time, great company definitely recommend.

Same company but different team of drivers. Cannot fault them, tracking was live and up to date. A message to say I was the next delivery and a rough idea of how long they should be. Polite and friendly team who delivered the item where I wanted it and closed our entrance gate when they left. Credit to their company. Thank you.
