Excellent service
Excellent service when delivering my TV. Communication was good right from ordering through to choosing a suitable day for delivery. On the day the tracking option was great and the initial estimated arrival time was spot on. Andy also text me to see he’d just left the previous drop off and would be with me soon. Can’t fault this company at all.

Really appreciated the text service to advise when they were nearby, as I was able to respond to note that I was not at home and leave it behind the property, which was not a problem for the driver.
I wish more companies were this easy to communicate with.

Jobsworth syndrome
Delivery was in time frame but two large boxes (plastic shed) were simply dumped on the back of footpath. They said they wern't heavy. Given that I am disabled and 80 years old this was a less than rewarding experience when, if they had carried the boxes another 10 feet, they would have been able to place in my garage. The driver explained that it was more than his job was worth to take it one inch beyond the back of footpath and onto my property. Not customer friendly at all and I will notify Costco similarly.

We appreciate that this may have been disappointing, particularly in light of your circumstances, and we're sorry that you were left feeling that you did not receive the level of assistance you expected. While the team must follow the delivery requirements, we do expect these to be communicated in a polite and considerate manner and we apologise if this was not the case for you.

Excellent Delivery and Friendly staff
Just had a large shed delivered by Karl Knowles and his colleague. They were both super friendly and very obliging when I asked if they could drop it off at a certain point in my garden (near where it will be erected) - this request was no problem to them at all.
The live tracking really helped me organise my day too!

A+++ delivery service!
Nenko and his delivery mate were great! Sent a txt 20 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on route to me. Friendly and well mannered, took extra care when unloading the sofa and bringing it into and through our house to our chosen location. Took all the packaging away once finished. All in all a pleasant experience highly recommend Kineticlogistics A++++++
