Great delivery, informative email and text from the team with time and the drivers name etc , driver contacted me on the morning as was going to be earlier than expected, as I was working requested delivery to my neighbour instead, driver acknowledged the request and carried out the delivery as per instructions, item was quite heavy and bulky but wasn’t a problem what so ever and was in perfect condition , definitely very happy with the service and reliability,

Shows no mercy 😂
June 21st 2026 when I left a review about the LG TV being delivered to my address in weird way and hoping that nothing wrong will happen. After few weeks, issue with my TV started to came out, display was off while sound still on, screen turning blue etc, let's say its the TV. Today, is the day that the Kinetic logistics are taking it back to retailer which on my case is COSTCO,just to mention, I told them, that THERE ARE NO BOX AS I THROWN IT and they said "ITS OK, LOGISTICS WILL PROVIDE ONE OR IF NOT, THEY HAVE A CLOTH" lol sorry for your loss, but the way it was handled by this logistics is extremely no show of care at all. I got a video how they took the TV, lean the OLED panel to the pavement, to the truck and secure it with harness to another box like its nothing. 1000% that OLED77C45LA has now broken screen for sure. I was not surprised as it was delivered to me and flip it by the logistic too like its not that fragile. 🤣 BAD SERVICE IMO. But the delivery guys, they are kind and funny and I got no issues with them. Fingerscrossed retailer womt blame me for the damage as they picked up th item in perfect condition apart from no box. For sure they can do better handling than what I saw. 😂

The third time my patio set has been…
The third time my patio set has been delivered today
Each time the boxes are badly damaged, the contents are badly damaged too, the Chair legs bent and unusable
This company obviously do not respect other persons property
I emailed them and explained, they told me to bring it up with Costco, who obviously are great as sending me a replacement
I have never never had such poor service in all my years of ordering online

Excellent delivery service. Given a three hour time slot the day before and able to track the delivery to the minute on the day. Driver was also very friendly.

Arrived within the slotted time period which was between 10am - 1pm the delivery arrived around 10.15. Didn't get a message to say they were nearby and couldn't track the vehicle. The two men were very good and professional.

Great service and very accomdating
The guys who came were lovely as I am decorating I asked for covers to be left on which they did and they still put all the the legs on each piece and positioned as I asked and then showed me how to change the position of each piece and click into place. Both were friendly, professional and on time. They also took away all the rubbish. Great service would definitely recommend
