I have ordered with Katies online many…

I have ordered with Katies online many times and was able to arrange Click and Collect in the past. Now, for some reason, this is not possible and I have to pay and wait for delivery. The 2 recent orders placed with Katies, I have had to follow up through their Customer Care team because after receiving the confirmation email I receive nothing else. I am still awaiting advice of the status of an order I placed on 10th February after following up with their Customer Care team. They debited my credit card for the more than $100 order on 11th February, but in my Katies account it still states the order is new. Not happy. The online service has gone downhill with Katies.
Just to add, the reason I buy online with Katies is because you cannot buy all the stock you see online in store and they have different sales online. I have a Katies store very close to me and would be happy to pick up my goods if Click and Collect was still available. Don't know why it isn't? I have been shopping with Katies for years so very disappointed with the recent experiences.

SCAM! STAY AWAY

I ordered 5 camisole, 2 got delivered at parcel collect point,1 was out of stock, 2 was advised delivered as per their tracking but have never received any tracking information from them until 12days later after it was "supposedly" delivered but was not advised where I asked for information from day1. Can't even provide delivery address to check it was delivered to correct address. Still waiting for them to give refund and looks like still gping nowhere. Absolutely disgraceful

No response from company until last week
Repeatedly requested refund and being told they are resolving matter with warehouse. Why is the company willing to do business this way?
Totally disappointed. Might as well deal directly with China!

BEWARE OF THESE COMPANYS

Hi , I wrote a review this afternoon about katies. I have sence looked on line as to why this company is giving bad service. A lot of Millers, Rivers and Katies stores are closing down because of the virus. Please look on line and read what they are saying and save your money.

Absolutely appalling

Ordered on 4/12 despatched 19/12. Delay due to AP, and still not received. AP advised just last week its lost but the customer service was appalling!!
I emailed numerous times even attaching the email from AP saying lost and I get an email twice saying "we have despatched your order see the link!!!"
I still haven't been refunded!!
Will NEVER use you online
You ought to be ashamed of yourself with this customer service!!!

HAPPY CUSTOMER

I see all the negative reviews here and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered online on 4 January 2021 and received the three items I ordered yesterday 13 January 2021. All items were as described online. I did not have to phone or email so I cannot review their customer service. All I know is that I am happy and will order online again.

Late delivery, half missing

Very unhappy customer! I ordered online two tops, two skirts and one culotte pant on 25/11/2019. I waited three weeks to get my order (while prices were coming down at the shops) at a collection point, but the two shirts were missing. I emailed Katies twice about the missing tops. Still waiting for a reply. Will now have to call them to get my money back. My advice - don't order online!

Don’t online order with Katies

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Katies. It took them nearly 2 weeks to pack and ship my order that still hasn’t arrived a month later. I received notification that only 2 of the 4 items were coming so I emailed them and got a response back stating by the time they packed, stock had run out. They did refund my money and gave a voucher to cover postage next order, but I won’t be ordering with them again. I’ve been told they’re moving all of their stores to eBay so maybe the transition isn’t going well, if that’s true.

Orders are not being fulfilled

There is something very dodgy going on here. They have not even shipped my items after 5 weeks and after I have spoken to them on the phone twice and emailed three times. They do not even acknowledge emails and seemed surprised (when I finally got through after being on hold for 40 minutes....) that I no longer wanted my items after I stated that I believed they would never be shipped. They are now saying I can only cancel my order online, despite me having told them repeatedly that the order is not showing in my online account, hence it cannot be cancelled. They say they don’t have the ‘authority’ to issue refunds over the phone, but won’t send the package either and with no explanation as to why. This company needs to stop taking orders if they have no intention of filling them.

Katies not fulfilling orders

I too am waiting on 2 orders from November and have only received 2 items from 9 items ordered.

Received an email yesterday that 3 items have now been shipped however 2 of the items are the 2 items that I have actually already received!!!

I have complained but only receive basically an automated email response and still no resolution.

I am still receiving sale emails and texts but why would I order anything else from Katies when they can’t complete existing orders before taking more orders.

Terrible online service and customer service.

Very unhappy customer.

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM KATIES ONLINE. THIRD TIME THEY HAVE JUST NOT SENT A PACKAGE. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY JUST THROW A USELESS VOUCHER AT YOU THAT CAN ONLY BE USED WHEN YOU SPEND ADDIT MONEY. OR THEY THEN SAY THAT THEY HAVE RUN OUT OF STOCK AND REFUND YOU. MONTHS LATER. WOULD THEY HAVE EVEN BOTHERED IF I HADNT REACHED OUT FIRST? APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST POORLY RUN ONLINE STORE IVE EVER COME ACROSS

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service, ordered 3 weeks ago, items not even been dispatched, nothing but lies from Katie’s, that’s if you can even through to them on the phone, they keep sending emails for on line sales, I can’t get my last order to why would I place another order, don’t buy on line from Katie’s people

My order from Katies

My order fro Katies, that was placed in early August, has still not arrived. Customer service keeps sending me the same tracking link at Aus Post, which has not moved for weeks. I've ordered goods from UK and USA that have come before this order. Atrocious.
