Have been in contact via Email and…

Have been in contact via Email and phone - overseas! Still waiting. Ordered the items on the 2nd January for a Wedding. Doesn't look like I'll receive the items.
What has happened to Katies. Didn't have this problem a year ago! Won't be ordering anything from them again unfortunately.

Have been waiting over 2 months for…

Have been waiting over 2 months for order to be dispatched. Excuse emails sent every few days blaming Aus post. Multiple calls and emails requesting a refund. Still waiting for a response. Worst company EVER! Please don't order from Katies unless you are ready to fight to get your money back.

Quicker to go into the store

Quicker to go into the store. Orders take too long & when you enquire they blame Australia Post. However order hasn't even been shipped. Won't be shopping online. Been waiting 3 weeks. Disappointing

Horrific service, unbelievably long wait times and then items not available

Horrific! Placed an order for 9 items. Three came super fast. Remaining 6 items I am still waiting on. Waited 3 months, called regularly, submitted enquiries. Never got any response to messages and customer care people always tell me to "wait another week" every single time I call. Now three months later they are refunding my money. Absolutely pathetic service.

Never got my order Thieves

Never got my order and have been told I can't get a refund for change of mind This is not change of mind but lack of delivery They take your order and money and don't supply the goods This is THEFT and against CONSUMER LAW I have contacted the ACCC

I wish I'd read these reviews before…

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering online. 3 weeks still waiting for a dispatch notice it is not the fault of Auspost because it hasn't even been dispatched yet.
I will never purchase online from the Mosaic group again (Mosaic is Katies Millers Rivers beme Crossroads NoniB WLane Rockmans Autograph) Spread the word ladies, don't get caught out waiting for an event outfit that will not turn up in time.

BEWARE......don't order anything online unless you happy to never se the goods.

I ordered goods over 3 weeks ago and one item shipped. I have 6 items outstanding. I have rung numerous times and their call centre is in the Phillipines. Every time I ring it is a different excuse, today they are relocating their warehouse which is causing delays. They just use there standard scripting to say someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Seven days later and no answer I have tried to call again today with same BS response. I requested refund of my unshipped items to be told an escalation person will have to contact me in 24-48 hrs to organise it. It is just a Catch 22 circle. Spend your money at more reputable organisation. I will never buy from this company and their associated brands again. Writing is on the wall that they are going down the gurgler given a number of their stores have been closing down.

Extremely disappointed in this…

Extremely disappointed in this company's handling of my issue.
I received a coupon code via text msg which offered $60.00 off a total purchase of $120 or more.
I entered the code and it was accepted but it did not deduct the money off my total. I realised this immediately after I had placed the order and sent a msg to customer care explaining. I asked for the promised amount to be refunded or my order to be cancelled.
This was followed up with two separate phone calls to customer care. All promising action that did not eventuate.
This issue has been drawn out over 4 weeks now and has still
not been resolved.

Don't give Katies a Free Loan for Months

I have waiting for 2.5 months for 1 item to arrive, in that time I have had some emails from Katies making many excuses including no stock - which they continue to sell online. I have lost my patience and asking for money back - fingers crossed that will happen. I would also give 0 stars if I was able. Mosaic Group incl. Katies, Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Autograph, W. Lane, Crossroads & Beme.

Pity I can’t give them 0 stars. Takes weeks to get an order delivered with zero communication, when it arrives it is so oversized I had to return it the same day via Parcelpoint as instructed. 6 weeks later still no refund. Never again.

Do NOT order online from Katies

Do NOT order online from Katies! LOOOONG delivery time
The wait time is ridiculously long and customer service is non-existent. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped & no idea when it will be. Once an order is placed, you can't cancel it even if it is taking forever. I will never buy again from Katies or any of the Mosaic company brands.

When online sale orders got beyond…

When online sale orders got beyond 'Katies' capabilities, they should have stopped taking further orders. Obviously they could not cope, blaming it on the postal service was an excuse.
After almost 6weeks, and 6 automated messages, I found out the last item was never even placed!!!!
One of the items was tagged the wrong size...had to go and ask the store to exchange it.
I get a voucher for $20 to shop online....I would have to be completely stupid to ever order online from this mob again!

Terrible customer service and long delays....

I normally really like going into the Katies store and buying items but I will never buy off their online store again. I ordered my items on 21 September 2021 and received them this morning (27 October). Nearly 5 weeks later (from Victoria). In this day and age - even with Covid - they should be ashamed of this timeline. I know they said there could be delays with delivery because of Covid, however my parcel didn't even leave their warehouse until a week ago. So I do believe that is a cop out. I put in a ticket to get an ETA while I was waiting, through their customer care email system. After two days no one had bothered to answer so I sent a new one. Waited a couple more days and still nothing. I then called them and the consultant said my parcel was on its way. She was perfectly pleasant and apologised for the long delay but I will still never order from them. The take home from this is - if you want quick delivery, do not order from Katies online. I think that from reading all of the negative reviews on here saying the same thing, maybe they need to look at the processes in their warehousing ordering system as it does not appear to be working/managed very well.

NEVER BUY FROM KATIES

NEVER BUY FROM KATIES, they would not refund or exchange when my item didn't fit. It was massive. They refused point black to refund or even exchange my purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS **************! How is this even legal. There isn't any other retailer that doesn't at least offer a store credit if the item doesn't fit *AVOID * AVOID * BOYCOTT KATIES

no communication about my missing order from june 24th

On the 24th of June I ordered 9 products and only received 7. Since then I have been constantly contacting Katies but they have done everything possible to avoid resolving my issue. They’re acting more like thieves then a clothing brand by taking my money and not returning it when I haven’t received anything. This waiting period and lack of help is a breach against both New Zealand and Australia's consumer guarantees act. To anyone reading this stay away from that site, you don’t want to experience the pain that I’ve gone through to get back my money.
