Poor stock management
Ordered , paid , got a fedex tracking number , rang on the day they should have been to me and was told they weren’t in stock . Shockingly bad

Slow delivery & bad comms
7 days after ordering and paying for a big and bulky delivery, no item received. No despatch email yet and more importantly, not responding to enquiries. I've given up and asked for a refund via email because they don't answer the phone either.

Slow delivery and no communication
Paid for “2-3 days Big and Heavy” delivery. 7 days later it’s still not here. No communication from the company. Poor.

Although there was an issue with my order (couriers fault) it was rectified without issue and an alternative offered.

Fencing Pins - good price & quick delivery - Just the Job in fact!
The Fencing Pins ordered came at a very realistic price and were extremely good value for money. Despite being bulky and heavy, carriage was reasonably priced and delivery, which was tracked, was quick and easy. A very good experience all round and I would not hesitate to use them again.
