I received only safety caps while the main steel rods that i ordered never arrived. Raised it with ervi and they are giving incoherent reply to chase with the supplier.

Rang as ordered on Amazon and parcel went missing (evri) person i spoke to was very helpful and as we are close to where they are based confirmed it was ok for us to go in and get what we needed. Refund on Amazon was processed very quickly also.
