I recently needed some technical help with my underfloor heating system and Casey was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to properly understand the issue, explained things clearly, and guided me through the troubleshooting step by step.
What really stood out was his patience and knowledge. Underfloor heating systems can be quite technical, but Casey made everything easy to follow and was genuinely focused on getting the problem sorted rather than rushing the conversation.

I first used the company nearly 20 years ago, it was nice to use the same company for some replacement parts. I've not had any issues with the system since installing I just wanted some newer looking stats! I dealt with Bailey Fackrell Sales Adviser who was efficient in answering my questions and got back to me to answer the queries I had. He offered alternatives to help with my final choice. Highly recommend this company.

Great professional service with products of a quality feel.
Very efficient in that I ordered a kit in the afternoon and it was ready for collection at opening on the following morning.

This job was done very efficiently at short notice and David in particular was very helpful and made the process very smooth.
Continal have crashed at the last hurdle
Continal came out of the blocks fine, but have fallen at the last hurdle. A change in my order in Oct 24 left me with a large credit balance. The order, completed in Sept 25, had a credit of over £,1000. Continal said the refund would be automatic and dealt with in a few days. 4 months later I am still waiting for this repayment. Despite repeated phone calls - "someone will call you back", no one ever does.
Today I'm told the repayment is awaiting the 'decision' of the Managing Director. I'm afraid it is not his decision, it is my money as shown on their last credit note. Their refusal to honour my refund/repayment is unacceptable. Perhaps a public complaint here, may avoid a court writ landing on the MDs desk this week.
Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I contacted Continal for some advice relating to my underfloor heating system, which was in place when I purchased my property. I was quickly put in touch with Niall who was extremely helpful. After an email exchange and follow-up call, my heating system was back up and running better than it had been before. My experience with Casey all the way back 2022, since ever I have had number of the experiences and projects dealt with, each time the level of service i get (or delivered in other words) that I no look no more (don’t look back) my experience with Casey as he os so professional, efficient and make things happen in a way that you feel very comfortable and ease, he always advise and guide after listening the need of project to be tailored, it’s not only myself but even my clients whoever I’m doing the project for they also very much satisfied and appreciate the assistance Casey provide, I’m as a contractor say to my client if you have any particular query or question about the project we are dealing with (with Continal / Casey) please speak to Casey so each time I get the feed back from my clients that they are pretty satisfied and happy with the professional service and assistance they receive from Casey so this made me so proud of Casey that the person I’m dealing with always get the good and satisfactory fees back,

I've used Continal for a few projects in the last year and I can't fault them. Open dialogue on emails, competitive quotes and excellent aftersales (always someone friendly to talk to or they call back promptly). David Wormell provides an excellent service from start to finish.

Design and supply of underfloor.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Nothing to much bother and quick delivery and always packed safely. Wouldn't go anywhere else for underfloor design and a very good versatile product.
I can't recommend this company highly enough, thank you Continal and David in particular.
This is the second project that I have used Continal for and I'm pleased to say that the customer service and product were as good as the first time round.
My initial email enquiry was handled again by David, who is the best Sales Advisor I have ever come across in any company. He is always quick to reply to emails and followed up our delivery with a courtesy call.
Installing the product was easy and I'm looking forward to warm feet when winter comes.
