First rate experience
The Brother toner I ordered was out of stock when I placed the order, but as soon as it arrived at Inkredible it was dispatched. Communication was excellent, the toner beautifully packed and very easy to install --an altogether very satisfactory experience. Will certainly return to them for any further printing needs.

Fantastic customer support
I ordered a brand-compatible laser printer cartridge from INKredible a few months ago and although the print quality was initially great, the print quality suddenly declined even though the cartridge was still 60% full.
I got in touch with INKredible for support and they responded very promptly. Callum walked me through some troubleshooting tips and, in the end, have very kindly sent me a replacement cartridge (which I'm hopeful will solve the issue!). I have been truly impressed and grateful for the customer service I received, thank you.

Damaged multipack
Ordered a multipack (4cartridges) wbich arrived next day. Unfortunately there was a problem with ink leaking and bad printing which i suspect was caused by damage during transit. Contacted Inkredible ink via their link to explain the problem and a replacement set was dispatched by express delivery without hesitation. These worked 100%. Great customer service, wont hesitate to use them again.

Hi Alan,
We cannot find you by name in our system and our Customer Support do not recall this instance, so we have requested some further information to identify this situation.
Regarding returns. We would not send back returned items to customers without first contacting the customer to find out the reason for return (in the case of any items returned without prior agreement or featuring an agreed RMA number).
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this with your assistance as I don't believe it was our company you dealt with, based on the information we currently have.
Looking forward to resolving this as soon as possible as 1 Star reviews, potentially left in error, can be unnecessarily misleading for other potential customers.
Easy online ordering
Easy online ordering, great communications, swift delivery. Have not used these cartridges yet, so am unable to comment on their performance.

Your website is not so good - it is too easy for quantities required to be ramped up and could be easily overlooked when ordering

Thanks for your feedback. We do try to put as many checks in place as possible to prevent additional quantities being added to your basket...
We feature a pop up notification when adding items to your basket to help you know what has just been added. If items remain in your basket from a previous browsing session, this is usually where additional items are added in error in a new browsing session.
The basket can be easily viewed at any time, showing a clear indication of quantity and price of basket. Quantities can be raised, lowered or deleted easily here, as per most basket pages. The quantity and price is also clearly shown at Checkout before committing to the order.
If you have any other suggestions on how we can prevent the issues you had, we're always open to making improvements. Please feel free to drop us a message on our contact us page :)
