Great Price, great service, only the Royal Mail tried it's best to spoil the party with a late delivery. Otherwise highly delighted as always

EXCELLENT SERVICE: My order for a set of inks was delivered the next day, the inks have worked well.

I had an issue with a toner cartridge that wasn't working properly - grey smudging across the pages. Contacted Inkredible and after discussing the issue confirmed it was the new cartridge not my printer and they agreed to send a replacement that day first class post. Got it the next day and worked perfectly, so can't fault the level of service.

It was good to find the ink I needed for my printer at an affordable price and especially free delivery I have already been informed of the tracking service It looks like a very good service

As always, a swift and helpful experience buying Inkredible compatible ink cartridges.
Over the years, and with several different printers, I have always found their compatible cartridges are very well priced and 100% reliable.
Excellent service - Thank you!

Great app, easy to use and service as good as it gets. Quality of product easily matches printer’s own brand ink for a LOT less money. I have used them for over 10yrs with my Epson printer. Excellent,

I disabled firmware updates on my HP printer a long time ago but was worried the INKredible compatable cartridges wouldn't work so, last time I bought some, I bought the HP ones. They are SOOO expensive I said I would buy a new printer instead of more HP cartridges. Anyway, this time, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying the compatible ones again as INKredible have a guarantee that they will get them to work. I've just swapped the cyan one to see what would happen and the printer seems happy to accept it and hasn't had a hissy fit. I'm delighted as I've just saved £70 on a set of cartridges. Whoop whoop!

Great price really good delivery. Like the new sticker which I can scan to reorder . Dump the free bag of sweets. In my view it cheapens your product and I can’t see anyone ordering to get a free bag of sweets that must cost you less than 10p a packet.

Excellent value for money, considering the extortionate amount I was paying before from other firms. Speedy and efficient delivery - I'm a very happy customer

A really great customer service company. Their cartridges are good quality and cheap, but they are excellent at resolving problems. Having bought from them before with no issues, I had no hesitation in ordering again for my HP (x4 cartridges). Arrived really quickly, but there was a problem with one cartridge not being recognised by the printer. Contacted them on chat, really helpful lady gave me advice on resets etc, but none of it worked, printer still failed to recognise one cartridge. So she offered a replacement, received an email within a few minutes that it was despatched and delivery date. Hopefully this one will work, but the service was excellent!

Oh Dear Buyer Beware. Having waited for my ink cartridges they arrived (2) I put the first cartridge into place and thought that at is odd t he fitting that keeps the cartridge in place is floppy. Slipped it into the printer and indeed it does not remain in place - It is broken - Thought oh well we love being conned. I looked at the second cartridge (inside the package not unwrapped) the same. 2 BROKEN cartridges. Not only a poor show, I have ink everywhere - they do not pick up the phone do not answer the calls or messages online. Clearly a cheap Chinese import - Hey Ho another con job. SHAME but to be expected another 17 quid down the drain.

I was trying to replace the cartridge holder for a friend who was tearing her hair out. I actually got through to a real, live human being (so sorry - forgotten your name) - who was incredibly helpful. This is the day after that conversation and friend now has the part and printer up and running. Thank you. No wonder you have so may stars - you deserve them :-)

Callum just sorted all out for me after my initial mistake in ordering. Painless, friendly - very happy customer. Thank you again Callum

I have bought ink cartridges from them before and didnt hesitate to do so again for my Canon printer. Excellent pricing and a very prompt service with goods ready for despatch the same day. I would highly recommend them

What a fantastic service this company offer. I ordered the wrong cartridge for my printer 🤦 I contacted Callum, sent it back and was able to order the correct one. This one was damaged in the post. I contacted Callum again and he arranged for a replacement to be posted out straight away. I can not praise their customer service, products and prices enough. Thank you so much.

I had an issue with one of the cartridges I ordered, so I contacted support and they got back to me within a few minutes. They sent me out a replacement free of charge.

It actually turned out to be my own mistake and both cartridges work great.

Will definitely be ordering from these guys again in the future!

brilliant service fast efficient
that's what i like

INKredible are the best ink supplier I’ve used online. My printer is a Cannon printer, and ink for this particular printer is expensive from Cannon, but I’ve tested it against INKredible inks and there’s hardly any difference at all. It’s so much cheaper and I absolutely recommend this company. Postage is fast, always, and they offer great deals and perks, plus I can send empty ink cartridges back to them. I’ll be using them for all my printer needs.

Easy to order. Good price and quick delivery.

Been using these inks for since I bought the printer 7 years ago. Always had good service and the inks have performed well - At least as good as canon’s own brand and much more reasonably priced!
