This is our 2nd home that used ig doors. You pay money for a new home and they use these cheap doors that are not fit for purpose. After complaining the first time the builder at the time gave a settlement toward purchasing a door of choice. This time the builders are saying the door is in tolerance. Do they want to heat my home as the cold air comes right through, I think not. The new home builders need to stop using these poor quality doors it would save them a lot of complaints and payouts.

Had some issues with our Composite Front door closing, the door is out of warranty, we had tried everything, spoke to Gemma in customer service and Rob who was the area engineer, both were very helpful and patient, solved our problem by suggesting a fix.Over and above what we expected, first rate customer service,in an age where customer service is a forgotten service. Can't express how happy we are, Gemma and Rob are a credit to IG Doors and themselves.

I used IG Doors and found their service to be satisfactory. The tracking app was helpful, and Steve, the fitter, was polite and efficient, making sure my flooring was protected. While the work was completed neatly, it was quite standard, and I didn't experience anything exceptional. They also helped resolve a fitting issue, even though the door was out of warranty. Overall, it's an okay experience with some helpful service aspects, but not remarkable.

Been in a new build for three years, they were replaced after 2 years by IG Doors direct because of delaminating issues and open / close issues. A year later and for the same reasons again they need replacing! That will be three doors in almost 4 years, but now they’re not accepting responsibility. Awful doors, awful customer service, awful quality, I’d recommend you don’t bother with them.

Steven the technician attended to replace the door at our new build, he was first class in terms of workmanship, cleanliness and customer service. Good help is hard to find but Steven is top notch so would highly recommend 👌

We moved into a new build home and IG Doors came out to replace two doors that had showed signs of delaminating. Installation tech Michael was friendly, tidy and efficient, leaving us with perfectly adjusted new doors in a very short time. Great service. Communication in advance of the appointment was also excellent.

We had a door from IG originally fitted by our developers and there was an issue with the door. Stephen M came to fit a new door to replace the old one. The service was great and gave me a full run through of what had been done and the next steps. Seamless great service.

Our engineer Roger was friendly and on time. Sorted out the problem easily and made sure the area was clean and tidy when he left.

I can not fault the
service I have received from IG Doors from start to finish, I contacted them with an issue and they sorted it.
I would definatley use them again and recommend them to family/friends

Stephen M completed an initial, thorough and professional assessment of our front door before ordering and returning to install it.
The installation was quick, he was respectful of our house, laying a protective layer on the hall carpet and against nearby doors and walls. He also cleaned up before he left. He was extremely polite and very professional.

Steve was super friendly, efficient and replaced my front door this morning! Not a spec of dust was left! Service with a smile!

This is a review of the service received by this company when replacing my back door. I was kept up to date on estimated time of arrival of the engineer via a link provided by IG Door and he arrived within the indicated time frame. He took time to examine my old door and frame thoroughly and suggested that he replace not only the door, but also the threshold and sealing strips to ensure no repeat of previous issues. He did all this in a in a proficient and courteous manner. Overall, I cannot fault this service.
