The Palladio Social Media and AI workshop was insightful and useful. It helped secure knowledge about social media dos and don't, whilst the AI part opened our mind as to new and exciting ways we can move forward with the time. It's very relaxed, you don't have to put your camera on and if you need to pop off for a customer, everyone is very accepting. I would highly recommend!

I’m leaving a 3-star review because while the product itself appears to be good quality, the process of getting my door fitted has been extremely frustrating.

I ordered a composite patio door with an arched top to replace an existing wooden door with arch. The arch isn’t a full arch, but it does require precise measurements. The fitting company measured the door multiple times and sent the measurements off for manufacturing.

Unfortunately, the first door arrived and the arch was too wide, so it didn’t fit. It was remeasured and sent away again. The second time, the arch was too short. Now, on the third attempt, I am going to be left waiting for another time period before install-no door installed yet.
This means the installers have now had to leave without fitting the door again. Each time this happens there is a wait of around 4–5 weeks for the new arch to be manufactured, which is incredibly frustrating as a customer.

I have no doubt that the quality of the doors themselves is good — we saw the samples in store and were happy with the product — but the repeated issues with measurements and manufacturing have made the installation process much more stressful than it should be. You have to be at home for the install, so this has cost me two days off work.

I really hope this can be resolved soon, but at this point I do wish there was a quicker way to correct the arch rather than having to wait another several weeks each time an error is made.

I had such a great end to end experience with Palladio doors! From the design to installation everything was so smooth, easy and efficient.

I’m so happy with the door aswell it’s so beautiful!

Heavy duty door. Recent install done by Declan at fix & fit Derry. Like any door it's important to get a good fitter and we're glad we went with fix & fit. The door itself is extremely sturdy and air tight. We didn't get a letterbox included which I'd highly recommend. We went with the Kensington design in anthracite as we thought it was modern looking but will also age well the more we add additional upgrades to our property. As far as I'm aware the doors are made to order so we expected to wait a while once ordered but wasn't an issue at all. Im happy as long as the product is made to a high standard which it was.

After an issues with our door bubbling we received excellent after sales support from the team who organised a replacement slab as our door was still under warranty

The door fitter company wouldn’t come and see my door as I was experience draft problems. Palladio came out and fixed the seal and even mentioned it was sticking a little (wasn’t a problem as we didn’t really notice it) however they sorted that problem out and it opens and closes like a dream now.

They came at the time they said they would and even message in the morning to say they’re on route and on time.

My door is warped from install, the wind and rain comes in the door. I have to Tuck blankets around the door. The locking system doesn't work from the outside! Palladio came out to have a look, they adjusted the door so the lock works from the outside, but the door may aswell be open with the breeze that blows in!
The once black door is now a light grey in spots, I was told oh the sun must shine on it! The beading around the window gasket are pulling away inside and out! The guy from the factory said, " Oh, thats okay thats only cosmetic"
Aww sure thats okay then! It wasnt his few thousand that paid for the door
AVOID, AVOID,AVOID at all costs because the warranty you get with your door is useless if they just keep ignoring you. CCPC and the small claims is the next stop, but the small claims wont even cover the cost of the door.

Edited... l did get a call out from Palladio Doors, l think it took about TWO Years plus from first complaint before someone called out.

Door never been right since installation. Draughty,weather seals bulge down the closing side,thumb turn impossible to lock if door is weathertight.All in all not a patch on Apeer door I fitted on my last home.

Best door on the market. Secured, strong with double rebated and triple glass makes a difference. All staff are very helpful.

I had Palladio front and back doors fitted six years ago, and they’ve been excellent. The quality has held up beautifully, the style still looks great, and the price was well worth it. I’m genuinely delighted with them.

Also plenty of local companies to choose to fit them - all very professional so I got 3 quotes and would have choose any of them. The colour selection is fantastic and I am looking forward to displaying my wreath. Would recommend 100%

We have been fitting Palladio doors since 2011! best quality product on the market. The good things is that Palladio doors are proactive in improving their product. This includes improved locking and upgraded ironmongery as well as adding new colours, new door designs and new glass choices.Also a first class Business Manager for Scotland and great after sales team.
