Door looks great, aperture left for cat flap is correct size.
1 star removed as the Door has required adjustment 1 month after fitting because the door stopped closing! Had to call out fitters to adjust it and there is now a draught on the handle side which I reluctantly had to put draught excluder tape onnyhe inside ofvthe door to stop it

Made at least 2 attempts at contact with apeer,and got no reply.

Everything went smoothly and fitted in a few hours really like the sore and how secure it feels

Completed a request online, told one of there approved distributors would be in contact within 72hrs. Nothing. A week later Apeer sent an email asking if anyone had been in contact. Replied not heard anything. They said they would look into that. But heard nothing back. Not a good experience directly from the company.

The best investment I made this year was buying a apeer front and back door I can notice a difference in my front porch and back utility room being a lot warmer and quieter. Also with my free magnet wreth holder upgrade for my Christmas wreath which looks amazing 👏

Excellent Windows and doors struggle to find better in regard to variety and styles

I’ve been working here in the door factory on the gluing side, and overall it’s a good place to work. The team at foamfill are genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes a big difference day to day. Management are supportive and treat people fairly.
There are good incentives as well – turning up on time all week earns a £25 bonus, which adds up to £100 a month, so reliability is actually rewarded. At Christmas they also gave us a free 6kg turkey as a bonus (or a ham as you had the choice), which was a really nice gesture and shows they appreciate their staff.
The workload is reasonable and the atmosphere on the shop floor is relaxed enough without being chaotic. If you’re looking for steady work with decent bonuses and friendly people, this is a solid place to be.
Fell in love way the place especially due to the 4 day working week. Feels like a holiday every single weekend. Writing this on the 18th December, and we are off today to enjoy a full 17 days off on pay, and enjoy Christmas.

I have recently purchased a silka door and had it installed by a company locally, to say I'm delighted is an understatement, thanks to Adam in Apeer for pointing me in the right direction and advice on the thermal efficiency of the door, because it was a new build it really impressed during the building control inspection.

Fantastic door installed in Portrush 11 years ago - and still fantastic. A brilliant company with excellent backup at all times. Adam at Apeer in Ballymena is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Just had an Apeer 70 door fitted by R & A Windows in Sandhurst Berkshire and have to say we are delighted with it. Feels substantial and is well made with excellent security features. Only small issue for me to sort with the supplier is that I am pretty certain I ordered an internal thumbturn which I don't have, but overall very pleased with the door and fitting.

Great quality doors with excellent aftercare service. Nothing too much trouble. Adam in particular was very helpful. Happy to recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would, I have had 3 door slabs from this company in 11 years, the 1st faded after 5 years ( allegedly guaranteed to be colourfast for 10 ) after disputing that I had cleaned the door with something other than warm soapy water ( which I hadn’t ) they replaced the door, the 2nd door slab was never installed due to a large crack the length of the door noted on delivery , the 3rd door slab has now faded after 6 years, both doors also have a crack in the composite beneath the letterbox, I have been dealing with the retailer that I purchased the door from who have thankfully been a lot more helpful than Apeer whose customer service matches the standard and quality of their doors.
Don’t waste money buying an Apeer door!
