Driver reversed straight into my mothers house damaging it. Phoned Iceland straight away to log it, was told a case had been raised and I would be contacted within 7days.
Over 2 weeks later and still not a word from them, and they just don't answer their phones.
Absolutely disgraceful company.

I shop online at Iceland regularly I have never had a problem with their products . But this time I have . I ordered a substantial amount of shopping which included the Family Size Lasagne . Its not fit for consumption . It was bland , the filling was an orange sloppy mess , I literally had to spit it out . I made a complaint to Iceland stating I would like a refund they have responded and would like info on due by date ( which has nothing to do with why this product is awful ) . And I'd 's on box etc . Unfortunately I no longer have the box it's been collected by recycling . Dubious I will receive a refund . I honestly cannot believe that Iceland are selling this disgusting product to the Public . It should not be allowed . I would not feed this to my dog .

Order never arrived. Local store said ring customer service who never answer the phone. Countless emails sent no reply. Still trying to get my money back. Dreadful service. Do not order it’s not worth the aftermath !

I placed an order for delivery on Saturday 26 June between 7pm and 9pm. The order was never delivered, and I received no communication or updates whatsoever. The company took my money, but I still have not received any of the items I paid for.

The lack of customer service and communication has been extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase for information when an order is delayed or missing. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with them again and would not recommend their delivery service.

Laura delivers to my address regularly, she's always on time always polite and very helpful with passing the items to me to bag at the door ive never had a issue with my delivery I order every week because the service I receive it really good. Keep up the hard work Laura look forward to seeing you again.

Order delivered on 27th June. Order was late arriving.
When I received the order I place all cold foods in the fridge straight away. Today 30th went to use the milk(which was in date) and it was off. The corned beef was stuck together and could not be parted. The ham was out off date.
I was told by Customer services that they could not refund me as I had to sent photo to them. Being and old age pensioner i cannot sent photos on email. So £8.40 either went down the sink or in food waste bin.
That was my first and last online order.

Been shopping online for years until now which I wont be there was an offer of 3 for 2 on cases of pop in which I only had 2 delivered as fanta orange was sold out so I paid for 2 cases didnt receive a 3rd so got no deal emailed and rang and they said they cant see any deals and ive not been charged for the 3rd case BUT this was supposed to be free and I didnt receive anything
Also I had 3 for £6 offers in which only 2 came so paid full price on that also
Won't ever order online again
Total rip off so paid £26 or whatever for 2 cases of pop could of gone farmfoods and got 3

Iceland phoned at delivery time to say they could no longer deliver my online order. 4 days later I am still waiting for a refund - why is this not automatic?
I shall not shop online at Iceland anymore.
Poor customer service - they cannot issue a refund, for some reason, so I have to fill in more forms to get justice. Avoid! Do not shop here!

Place an order in Dungannon store on line for over £100 van broke down and did not get my things customer service said they sorted it out and some phone me the same day saying I get it refunded but I have received nothing want be shopping their anymore shocking service

I had a online delivery from Iceland ,Commercial St Newport. Lots of items l ordered and paid for never turned up. The store dont answer there phones either . Stay well clear from ordering online from this branch !!

Times out of delivery slots. Food order arrived not cold. Frozen pizza not even frozen. 1kg of chicken not safe to eat. Gutted. Just had to spend 1 and a half hours on the phone to get a partial refund.
Customer service is somewhere with a long delay on the phone call too, which made the whole conversation even more of an ordeal.
Won't ever do an Iceland online delivery again.

Worst online delivery company ever. ordered over £100 worth of groceries for a delivery between 1900 - 2100. At 2050 received an email reducing my bill to £58, almost half the order unavailable (3 different loaves of bread, cheese, eggs, cucumbers, pepsi and r-whites lemonade, milk, ham, yoghurt, chicken thighs, ice cream) I phoned the store who said the van was still there, good I'll cancel the whole order please, ok we'll stop the van. The van turned up outside my house at 2200, waited for a while then left. 3 emails without reply, the online account states order delivered, they are holding my money and earning interest. I called their order helpline at 1620 on the 29th and gave up being on hold at 1708. I can't get hold of them and they won't reply to emails. Shocking company, shocking customer service (there isn't any) Please don't use them, avoid them to keep your own sanity

Just received an email at 2000, apparently the order number and my full name that I gave them isn't suffice, please supply us with you full name (again) and full delivery address. Not more delaying tactics I hear you say !!!!

Delivery driver didn't even knock our door and drove off . We have the footage on ring door bell . He then came back 8 hours later after I had been phoning all day to find out where it was . We found the coke had been punctured . The frozen food was defrosted and the fridge items warm . I then carried on trying to call the store and customer services no answer . Finally got hold of store Sunday afternoon to be told they cant do anything call customer services . Spent all morning on hold . Got through to customer services to be told no refund on fridge things or coke as we had thrown them away by then due to heat ect and we should of contacted them to return . I had been trying to contact them all weekend. Im not without the food and money . Absolutely appalling.

Boiling hot in there air conditioning broke yet area manager told staff to work in it must be a jobsworth who doesn’t care about staff all fridges not working poor staff

Absolutely shocking I done order yesterday had it cancelled called said it will come today 10/12 nothing again to them cancel on me

I assume (foolishly) that Iceland of all companies would have refrigerated delivery vans to cope with hot weather! My shopping arrived virtually defrosted last week, 10pm so the driver wasn't about to hang around while I checked.... Only told me a missing item then scarpered!
I contacted Iceland and the eventual response was basically 'tough luck' return at your expense!! I am soooo tempted to pack the frozen items in a box and send them back!

Just giving 1 star is being too generous. Was expecting a delivery on Friday, didn't arrive despite being marked as delivered. Tried phoning customer service and my local store but no answer. Phoned customer services again on Saturday dead on 8am, managed to speak to someone who fobbed me off by telling me all she could do was email my phone number to the local branch and request they ring me back...did they hell, now Sunday and still no order and the money has gone from my bank account. Will never order from Iceland again.

I want to give this place minus 100 for their unprofessional way of running a company. They took my order , the next day they didn’t turn up , didn’t call me , and rearranged for my shopping to come a week later by themselves with no authority, so I was supposed to to starve for 5 days because their service is disgraceful. I would never ever recommend this place . I’d rather take my money and go to Marks and Spencer’s it may cost more but at least I know I’m getting the right service and my money and shopping is not held to ransom . Imagine ordering your food for the next day and they take it upon themselves to change the day and time and not deliver. Absolutely dire place .

2 years, no problems at all, then 2 cancelled orders on the bounce, no communication at all, txt at 6pm both times to say refund!!! Iceland will be joining asda in the shite bin

My order never arrived I had delivery between 10am to noon, at 12.30 I looked online only to see that Icelands claimed it had been delivered when I spoke to the store manager in Leyton she said that the order left at 11.30am I asked her why it stated delivered she said it was a automatic response, I telephoned back at 2am and I got no answer the phone just ringing and customer service I gave up after waiting 40 minutes.
I am a disabled pensioner who lost the money I paid for my order, when I spoke to the manager at Leyton she was extremely rude and I actually think my order was diverted to another address, I asked the payment provider I used and I told them I never received my order, but they don’t have payment protection.
I never expected Icelands to steal my money
