Excellent service and excellent product
This is the first time I have purchased anything from HCB but I am sure it will not be the last. They were very quick to respond to my request for fabric samples and to deliver my 2 headboards, which I am absolutely delighted with. I highly recommend this company.

Great products and customer service
I run a small
B&b for the last 20years.About 10 years ago I came across with HotelContractBeds and ever since all my previous issues like week bed frame ,un comfy mattresses and poor sleep experience went away.Great customer service and products.

Bespoke Beds
Relatively quick turn-around for a bespoke bed & mattresses. HCB were proactive to enquire about fabric delivery; Nadia was extremely helpful when ordering and changing the delivery address (twice!); delivery was efficient with good protection.

Good service and warranty
Good service and warranty. Have used this company for beds in a B&B previously and were all good quality. Last year we purchased a mattress for ourselves, due to some issues we recently contacted them about a replacement and this was handled quickly and without any fuss, we were also able to upgrade at the same time, new mattress was delivered and the old collected all smoothly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the new bed. Looks very good with the matching headboard and so comfortable, we have trouble getting out of it!!

First Class Service from this bed company
Great company to deal with as their communication with the customer in our experience was first class. Even when we had a faulty item, they immediately responded positively and resolved the issue directly. Absolutely first class customer service and excellent customer communication. I ordered 3 beds for my BNB, and I couldn't be more delighted with the service! They kept me informed about the shipping throughout the entire process. They were incredibly kind and patient with my mum when they called to let us know when the beds were arriving. The kindness they showed her was truly immeasurable.

I ordered a few beds…
I ordered a few beds, mattresses and head boards for our family run care home, to replace old stock and increase quality of furnishings (hopefully).
HCB will be our sole supplier from now on.
Great customer service even though as we are an Isle of Wight business they couldn’t deliver they recommended a courier that could.
Good quality products.
Fair prices.
