Excellent service with no unwanted surprises

Our bed specification wish list was long and Hotel Contract Beds answered all our questions quickly. Fabric swatches arrived promptly. Delivery date was far sooner than any other company we looked at and it came on the allocated day and at the allocated time slot. Castors were delivered rather than sliders and a phone call sorted this out and replacements arrived the next day. Very good service. Most importantly guests say it is a very comfy bed and we felt great value for money. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future. Jane B

I am very pleased with the service I received. I made a mistake with my measurements, and the staff were so helpful in helping me rectify the mistake with an exchange and then a refund of the difference in cost. They even followed up with a courtesy call. Do keep this up.

Strongly would NOT recommend the Milan Mattresses. We bought 12 king size and 6 zip links late last year for hospitality. Almost all of them after 4 - 6 months of use have dipped in the middle and have bulged out at the sides. A mattress should last years and we are going to have to replace them all within a year. The Delivery and customer service tends to be quick and very good.

Second time of dealing with this Company. Have purchased 2 beds from them for our home and have been pleased with the service, delivery and the product.

Purchase a zip and link bed 3 years ago, not used on a regular basis as for a holiday rental and a lot of month's not used at all. It has completely dipped in the middle and fraying at the seams. This should not have happened after 3 years. I was told about a different zip and link that I could purchase but looking at other reviews I will not be purchasing.

Excellent service delivered on time with care

This will be the 3rd bed ordered from hotel contact beds.
I ordered many weeks ago and with the support of a fabulous sales lady Nadia, I was able to choose my specific date of delivery, although I couldn’t choose a time slot.
However, timing of delivery was perfect as son was still home to help take upstairs.
These beds are great quality and even better they are a great price!
I looked at a number of single beds (this was for my grandson) and they want 3/4 times more money!
I know I have had a great quality item and their customer service (Nadia) has been outstanding !

2 x king size mattresses now just over 18 months old but sagging like 18 years old, in a holiday lodge so only used at weekends not very impressive. do yourself a favour and buy local you can always go back if you have a problem and it keeps your money in your town

We recently purchased a Regal 2000 zip and link divan from Hotel Contract Beds. Delivery was very good and on time and the delivery man was very polite. Had a couple of minor issues with the bed but these were very quickly resolved by the helpful people I spoke to at customer service. The bed is very comfortable although a little higher than I would have liked, but that is my fault for not checking the specification prior to purchase. Very happy with the bed overall.

Customer service and delivery were excellent. Originally 5 years ago we purchased Panache divans and mattresses for our holiday cottage in Cornwall. They are still superb in comfort with excellent guest reviews. Decided to purchase the same for our home two years and 12 months ago. Comfort is absolutely awful - there must have been a change in manufacturing. The zip and link mattresses are now rock hard and dip in the middle after a nights use. My hip and leg is numb in the morning. The double mattress was replaced without an issue as it did not soften at all and we then had to purchase a memory foam topper at £120 to try and ease comfort. I’m now at the stage of having to replace the beds again which won’t be through hotel contract beds this time.

Purchased ziplinked Chelsea beds and a pair of 2'6" headboards which were delivered a week after ordering. The beds and one headboard were good quality but the second headboard was finished to a lower standard.

I sent an email at 4.30pm on the Friday (after assembling the beds) attaching 2 photos and a video of the problem. Got an email from customer service first thing Monday arranging delivery of a replacement and collection of the faulty headboard. Replacement was delivered by the end of the week and the faulty headboard taken away.

Excellent communication and obvious commitment to customer service. Would recommend.

I Purchased a zip & link bed for our small couples holiday let. Everybody comments on how comfortable this bed is, the mattress is a zip & link so adds to the comfort of independent room. I added a mattress topper as well & good quality linen. I have a luggage storage facility on one side. I had a request for twin beds & unfortunately lost the bars that hold the bed together. I rang Hotel Contract beds this Morning & a very pleasant helpful lady called Nadia said she would pop a couple in the post today, what a fantastic service, so helpful & professional Thankyou. Totally recommend this company.

Ordered a bed, headboard, and mattress.
Delivery came without the mattress.
Hotel Contract Beds would not admit the mattress was not delivered and implied that I was lying.
Disgusted that the so called manager Rich Mitchell said this
