Good service price and delivery for our zip link beds, unfortunately the 2 mattress do not align when zipped together which is a bit awkward. But I would recommend. Just check this if you buy zip and link.

The website is good to navigate and ordering easy. I bought the Marquess 3000 zip & link, its is so very comfortable. Sleeping very well. Slight downside we only had one delivery man so had to seek help in getting the bed up the stairs. But overall I am delighted with the purchase and would recommend

Not normally one for writing reviews, but the service from Hotel Contract Beds was just superb. Had to buy a new bed quickly for elderly parent that was coming out of hospital. HCB sourced the correct bed, very quickly at a very good price, quoted delivery date which happened and even gave a time on the day for delivery when requested. Everything just run smoothly with no issues. Thank you.

Extremely good customer service when ordering my truly wonderful comfy mattress. They helped me find the right one for me as I suffer with back pain and it really is like sleeping on a mattress in a plush hotel! The delivery came when I was expecting it to with no problems. So if you're looking for a superb quality mattress this is the place to go. I wouldn't go anywhere else after having a brilliant nights sleep since getting it and my back has improved too!

Very easy online order, excellent communication and delivery of the item within a week of order and we are based in a remote part of the UK.

This was our 3rd bed for our Holiday Let in Cornwall. I wanted to give my guests the comfort of a 5* hotel bed. Guests love these beds and we get high ratings from our property due to having them in every bedroom. We now have King size, Double and Ziplock super King beds.

We bought 4 beds from Hotel Contract Beds. The customer service staff were really friendly and helpful. We were really happy with the quality of the beds and mattresses, when they arrived.
The only slight issue we had was that the beds come with non lockable casters as standard so rolled about on the hard floor. When I contacted customer service they sent out different feet called gliders but maybe this could be included in a drop down menu when purchasing- ‘will your bed be on hard floor or carpet?’ Just would have saved a bit of faffing.
