Excellent service guys were very polite a professional from start to finish

I had a conversation with Alex over the phone. He informed me that there was a clearance sale. That in itself was very helpful. I ordered the table it arrived when it said it was going to. Phil and Dan were great at putting my table up. Extremely friendly, lovely boys. They definitely deserve a five star review. I would definitely recommend you.

We had a pool/dining table delivered and assembled on 18th May 26.

Joe& Mitch were great, careful, respectful and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend using Home Leisure Direct.

Just had Home Leisure Direct deliver and install a pool table and I was very impressed with the courtesy, knowledge, politeness and helpfulness that Nathan & Callum provided.

Very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

Really efficient service. Table delivered within 3 days of coming into stock. Delivery team very professional and helpful. Very happy with my table.

My pool table arrived in advance of the estimated delivery timeframe that I was given at point of ordering.
The delivery team Duane & Phil were great guys very friendly and professional, and set up my pool table in my desired location in no time at all.

Huge thanks to Alex and Alex for the pool table installation. They turned up on time, got straight to work, and had the whole thing set up in no time. Super professional, really good guys with great banter. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Excellent install service by Neil and Aaron. They knew what they were doing and accommodated all of my asks.

Visited their showroom and was looked after by Charlie, who was very helpful in choosing the right pool table for me.
Later that day purchased the Signature Warwick Dining Pool Table in Lincoln Walnut finish.
Home leisure direct were very clear throughout the process on costs and timescales to have the table delivered.
Highly recommend opting for the installation on delivery, table arrived within 17 days which was quicker than expected and installed by Tyrone and Nathan who were extremely careful, respectful and professional throughout.
Extremely happy with the look and quality of the table and looking forward to many nights playing pool! Just need to buy some chairs!

Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

Great personal service. Alex was knowledgeable and handled the whole sale efficiently. The product is great, we love it!

Would highly recommend!! Top service from Jake in the showroom to delivery from Neil and Aaron! Our room hadn't finished being built when we placed our order but they held on to it for us until we were ready! The installation was efficient and very professional. The quality of the table is outstanding!! We are over the moon with our purchase!!

From first attending the showroom and meeting Alex the process of selecting a table and discussion options was so professional and easy for us. The conversations after we left as we selected our table were brilliant to the delivery and install it’s been fanstastic. The guys who installed the table Phil, Duane and Alex were absolutely amazing. The delivery was far from straight forward but the way they approached it and managed the whole thing was incredible. Talked me through the set up and adjustments and took so much time to explain everything. Really appreciated their work on the day as it could not have been easy for them.

Alex (the chap that looked after us) was very knowledgeable, which meant we were able to fully understand what product suited us best.
No hard sell either, which was also refreshing and helped make the process pleasurable.
Showrooms are superb and well worth a visit.

From beginning to end the process was perfect. Having gone to the showroom to look at what table would best suit me I given expert advice. The install was professional and again gave me asbice which I hadn’t considered! Truly exceptional service! Thank you!

Everything was perfect from start to finish, from calling to chat about the options and tables, delivery dates, all immediately replied to and booked. Alex and Alex who delivered and installed our table were amazing, very carefully got the table round a tight turn, great attention to detail and very careful and considerate. The table was a clearance table but looks brand new and great value for money. It was an excellent company to deal with.

We had a pool table delivered by Home Leisure Direct today, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

A special thank you to Alex and Alex, who handled the delivery and assembly with complete professionalism. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

They also took the time to walk us through all the accessories, explaining how everything works and how to get the best out of the table. On top of that, they gave really helpful advice on future adjustments and maintenance, which we really appreciated, it’s clear they care about making sure everything stays in top condition long after installation.

The pool table itself is excellent, high quality, beautifully finished, and incredible value for money - delivery time from order was just a few weeks.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct to anyone looking for a top-quality table and a first-class customer experience.

Thanks Phil and Duane. Excellent service and installation 👍

Alex Ireland was an excellent, personable & very knowledgeable sales assistant. I immediately placed an order after he fully explained everything clearly. Can’t wait to receive my new pool table.
