Such a great place with so many cool things. I dealt with Jake when I bought a pool table which was delivered and set up by Joe and Jaden and couldn’t be happier.

We are extremely pleased with our pool table and the service and advice received from beginning to end. Jake and Charlie on the sales side were extremely helpful. In installation, Chris and Mark were excellent and very knowledgeable. The product is great and I would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was great. Jake and Charlie dealt with the order and gave great advice. On the day of installation Tyrone and Lewis also done a great job. Thank you .

Phil & Dwayne fitted my new Rasson Apollo II table and they were great! They took their time and positioned it exactly where I wanted it. They were extremely professional throughout.

However, I asked a live chat member what time my delivery was due and it didn’t come until 2/3 hours later than this, causing me to have to re-organise plans I had for the evening, last minute. This was no fault of Dwayne & Phil but the office team should’ve provided a better ETA.

Home leisure delivered my new Signature Champion in two and a half weeks which is impressive in comparison to other companies.
Tyron and Nathan arrived on the morning and assembled my table whilst show great respect to my property.
These guys are so professional and helpful right from the offset to completion.

SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Initially everything goes very well, their sales team are very good. However once they have your money they break all customer rights rules and treat customers like dirt!

The customer services team are the worst I have ever experienced. A truly horrible experience to deal with.

I felt like they were intentionally ripping me off.

I've seen the way they try to discredit poor reviews, they will no doubt do that here. Please for your own good do not buy from them!

Phil and Duane were very professional and installed the pool table quickly and thoroughly. Excellent service throughout and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend buying from Home Leisure Direct.

From the initial contact with Columbo including visit to the magnificent showroom, right through to delivery and build from Neil and Aaron, the experience with Home Leisure Direct has been exemplary. The team go above and beyond to deal with any questions you have. The delivery and installation was easily tracked and managed. I am very very happy with my pool table and look forward to years of playing on it.
