We had our new 6ft pool table delivered and installed yesterday and I have to say the guys were brilliant, quick and professional. The whole family love it! It’s fantastic and was up till midnight playing pool lol. Would definitely recommend Home Leisure Direct if you are thinking about investing in a decent pool table. Watch the video on their website, it was what sold the company to me in the first instance!

Jake deserves a special mention here.

I originally contacted the company with what I can only describe as a completely innocent, entirely non-committal query. I was merely asking questions. Just gathering information. Definitely not buying a pool table.

Somehow, through what I can only assume was a combination of Jedi mind tricks, advanced hypnotism and highly refined sales wizardry, Jake transformed that harmless enquiry into a confirmed sale with a contract seemingly constructed from reinforced concrete.

At that point there was apparently no escape.

Naturally, when questioned by the wife, I explained that I had essentially been hypnotised and that the purchase was completely beyond my control. I remain convinced this is the most legally robust explanation available to me. 😂

Joking aside, Jake was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with from the initial enquiry right through to the sale. He clearly knows his stuff and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.

And a massive shout-out to the installation team too. They arrived exactly when they said they would, got straight to work and were incredibly quick, tidy and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing, took care over everything and left the room looking fantastic.

The whole experience, from that supposedly innocent "just looking for some information" enquiry to having an absolutely cracking pool table sitting in the room, was first class.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

Would I contact Jake again?

Probably not without first hiding my wallet from myself. 😂🎱

Do not trust them, misleading information on the website and from the staff, they are very rude when you call up, id hate to buy anything from them as i would guess they would not care at all, chased me into buying a pool table and then changed the price. Spoke to manager, who could not be bothered to speak to me, lost a customer..PLEASE AVOID!

I have today ordered an english pool table from Home Leisure and I'm incredibly appreciative of the service I have been given to date. Phil & Dwayne fitted my new Rasson Apollo II table and they were great! They took their time and positioned it exactly where I wanted it. They were extremely professional throughout.

However, I asked a live chat member what time my delivery was due and it didn’t come until 2/3 hours later than this, causing me to have to re-organise plans I had for the evening, last minute. This was no fault of Dwayne & Phil but the office team should’ve provided a better ETA.

Top notch customer service, delivery and installation. Very smooth experience and I'm extremely happy with my new pool table. A+++

Home leisure delivered my new Signature Champion in two and a half weeks which is impressive in comparison to other companies.
Tyron and Nathan arrived on the morning and assembled my table whilst show great respect to my property.
These guys are so professional and helpful right from the offset to completion.

We popped here off the cuff to browse some Poole tables. Alex was very professional, friendly and explained everything really well. We purchased a lovely Poole table and Alex sorted and again explained it all about delivery etc. we highly recommend.
