The Assistant on the till was excellent, the only way to describe it. Sge pointed out that I was one of the first people to spot a multibuy deal.
There was a small price error with one of the tickets which she quickly sorted for us.
Brilliant service.
Then as we left she was arranging for the error to be corrected.

Quick no nonsense collection

Had ordered and paid for wall tiles. Over ordered so returned 3 boxes and Nicky cashier dealt with refund straightaway with no hassle.

Very easy and user friendly to order online and collect our new lawnmower. Even got help lifting in car and very kind gentleman reminded me about purchasing oil for the new mower, all and all great experience.

I went into the Stamford store to enquire if they had some pebbles that I could buy to use with my SEND children in a project they were doing. Nicky was really helpful and took me into the garden centre section. She found some pebbles that she thought might be useful. They were perfect. When I got to the till, after speaking to her manager,she allowed me to have the pebbles free of charge. Thank you so much. My group of children will enjoy making their creations from them.

The click and collect service was easy enough to use. The staff in store were super pleasant when I came to collect

Bathroom cabinet looks good four stars as we haven't put it up but bathstore homebase items appear good quality as we have bought a new sink pedestal and mono taps from them previously and the look amazing
