I found the ordering process unclear
I found the ordering process unclear. I ordered next day delivery but it didn’t come for 3 days. When told it was because I ordered after a specific time, I asked for a refund for the next day postage which I paid. I was told I couldn’t have it. I dislike companies who take customers money for greed. Will not order again on this principle

Thick sturdy fleece gloves
Thick sturdy fleece children’s gloves..fit for purpose..
Bought for grandchildren to go on a ski slope..but I can see they will also be perfect if we have a really cold winter..and even withstand SNOW!
Also pretty good value for money as they look very well made..
Delivery was also very prompt..

I have used a lot of the leading hockey suppy websites for buying my daughter different hockey equipment, clothing and shoes and I couldn't believe how cheap the hockey factory shop was and the delivery was free, ordered on Sunday shoe's turned up Tuesday morning by DPD gave me a one hour time slot and they delivered, I will now make all my future orders from The Hockey Factory Shop

Hockey factory shop is a good device. However DPD who they use for delivery DO NOT offer a good service.

easy use of website
easy use of website, easy to order although slight problem paying with credit card (due to high amount), very speedy processing and got the goalie kit within a couple day so very very quick! would recommend for goalkeeping kit. Love the leg guard colours.
