I have been a resident at Fisherman’s Wharf for 20 years. It has been important to me to have a point of contact to resolve any issues such as repairs etc. For the past few years Emma Molyneaux has been our property manager who has responded quickly and efficiently to any ongoing problems.
It is important to build a business relationship not only with a Company but also with their representatives ‘on the ground’ and I am pleased to say that has been achieved not only with HML but also with Emma.

HML Group provide our property management service and fortunately we have an outstanding property manager. She is always helpful, very quick to respond to any issues or queries. She is knowledgeable and knows how to deal with a range of issues. We have utmost confidence in her and therefore the Company is held in high esteem.

Emma Molyneux who manages The Elms site in Blackpool has been nothing short of outstanding. Her dedication to the role is just what is needed. She has delivered on every single task asked of her that I have been involved in, not only that she has gone above & beyond of what has been expected in my estimation. She engages with both Directors & owners in a very timely and professional manner. She has a keen eye for detail, this is evident with her on site inspections, where she is into the finer detail. The site has seen a number of timely improvements due to her quick thinking and we have had value for money. Time is not an issue, if out of hours working is required, she ensures she sees the task through. She has a calming influence at owners meetings, where she has been able to reassure owners that matters are being managed to a high standard. She has delivered on debt collection, working directly with owners to recover outstanding amounts, which has resulted in end of year healthy balances. At this stage, having just completed a major works project, I have real confidence in her to help the Directors to deliver on stage 2. Thank hugely for your continued support.

Absolutely appalling. Our flat block has been without electricity and gas for nearly 12 hours, we’ve called collectively every 30 minutes to request an ETA for an engineer. We were originally told 3 hours at 8:30AM and it is now 17:45PM and we still haven’t had our issue resolved. The electric is going to the meters with no problem, meaning it is an internal issue, not a source issue. Therefore it is HMLs responsibility. It is now dark and we’re sat with no lights, no heating, no hot water etc. Their sense of urgency has been dreadful. And assuming that it is now 17:45, an engineer may not be able to attend due to the time, and so we will be without electricity or heating overnight. I am absolutely disgusted in this service and will be claiming compensation and seeking legal advice. Be extremely careful if you’re putting your trust into this property management company.

Since Mitchel Berry took over managing our building, we’ve noticed a clear improvement in response times and the ongoing maintenance of the building. He is always happy to help, attentive to any issues that arise and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am a resident in Canning town London where HML is in charge of the all the properties services around the area. The property manager around the area is Sharlene an
rude and incopentent manager/Poor quality of service, lack of people and management skills etc.
I have raised a formal complain against this person to her supperiors 4 months ago but without any success -all my emails have been ignored by Martin D & Jaskin / HML has a poor professional performance but extremely pricey

Ambily was really helpful in assisting with a pet request. The fast action and swift responses meant a lovely animal needing to be homed could be assisted in time (which was a very short time frame to sort).

I am in the process of selling a flat and needed very important information before I could complete the sale. Thanks to the help from customer advisor Ambily in HML’s legal department, I received and completed the necessary forms, which had to be submitted to the Companies Directors in order to be granted permission for me to rent out the property. All of this was very speedily dealt with, and I can now complete the sale. Thank you for your valuable help, Ambily Parameswaran.
