Why did I have to order on line to get…
Why did I have to order on line to get the cheaper price as in store was more expensive?
Tyres delivered early next morning to store,
Had tyre fitted and paid for tracking. Driving home noticed tracking was out. Taken car back this morning to have the tracking checked and was sent away all ok .
No tracking still out. Straight into kford tyres they checked the tracking out and yes it was out. Paid again to get the job right. 3rd visit to hi Q to get a refund for tracking. Got refund and thanked the staff and wished them well, not even a sorry mate or good bye.
