Paul Coppen came to repair the snags on our new house a few weeks after we moved in. He was respectful and considerate. He took the time to repair the issues and listened when we had concerns. Following the purchase of our property, at Millside grange at Croxley Green both Linda & Angela provided us with all the information and is still providing great aftersales support. We have identified few cosmetics issues following our move and all recorded both at the first and 7 day visits. A visit for the repairs was arranged shortly and most of the items were fixed. I would especially like to praise Linda for guiding us all the way and was so kind and helpful dealing with the issues promptly.

Buyers beware - very poor workmanship! The customer service is also terrible! They would use delay tactics to deal with any defects you raised with them. In one case we waited for over a year and they continue to delay dealing with the issue - they just keep passing the ball to the contractor, and the contractor kept telling us it was not them who installed the relevant materials so it's got nothing to do with them. We were told that a lot of the installation work in the bathroom were done by Hill's workers who are not qualified plumbers!

Barry came to do some making good after a plumbing visit, and to deal with some snags related to insulation.

He was helpful, friendly and did a little extra painting (while the paint was out) to touch up areas that'd been scuffed or patched that weren't on his job sheet.

He also took the time to listen to a more detailed account of the snags, as the descriptions in the job sheet missed a fair bit of detail.

Great work from Micheal Perry fixing my mastic & thanks to Angela Boyle for arranging it. Also a massive thanks for waiting over an hour for me to get back home.

Andy did a great job when we needed some door repair.

The process of buying our home was made simple with the support & customer care offered by the sales team. Both Linda Goodman Angela McDonagh were exceptional following up promptly with any questions we raised. They are now off to a new site and we just wanted to highlight our gratitude.

We had several issues that needed some minor attention in Bathrooms and Flooring and after satisfactorily being remedied Simon, the Hills Magic Mastic Man did his thing and made it all look new and shiny again. Simon was courteous and professional and upheld the great after sales service that we have come to enjoy in our new Hill home. Well done Simon and the great Hill team.
