We were primarily assisted by Maggie Sun, and later by Sasha Ewan during the move-in phase. Both members of the sales team were exceptionally accommodating and flexible in meeting our needs.

Since moving in, Khris Garrett (Farehurst Park site manager) and his team have continued to provide excellent support. Having such a responsive on-site team is crucial for new builds, as adjustments are often required. We have been very impressed with how promptly they have addressed every item. We truly appreciate the complexities involved in new builds and sincerely hope that upper management recognises and rewards this team for their outstanding efforts."

Andy Delaforce (Customer Care Operative) visited my property today to carry out some maintenance work, including filling gaps and painting/decorating.

Andy was very professional, friendly, and respectful very chatty and a pleasure to have - while working in our home.

He explained what he was doing and completed the work to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and the finish looks great.

Michael Perry recently visited to inspect a window base. He was polite, friendly, and took the time to carefully assess the issue. It was clear he gave the job the attention it needed, and his professional manner was greatly appreciated.

Michael Chapman came to my property today to carry out some make good works to my living room ceiling after a leak from the boiler upstairs, he was thorough and professional , made sure everything was covered and did and fantastic job. Needed to fix a crack in my bathroom, and Phil came to the rescue promptly! He arrived very punctually, as agreed, after 12 nn, and was very efficient (taking just around 15 minutes) and, of course, meticulous in his work, making sure the least disturbance to my schedule. Really appreciate his work!

Operative Simon came to fix a dodgy door handle. It thankfully was a quick fix, he then proceeded to check all the doors in the house and found another one on the brink of malfunction. Really appreciate how he always goes above and beyond what is asked and now we can use all doors again without fear of us or one of our kids getting locked in (again)!

We have had a problem with a persistent leak in the ensuite bathroom. Phil has been there through the whole process from start to finish. Phil is professional, courteous and trustworthy. He works in the background and you would never know he is there. When the job is complete, it is to a high standard and he tidies up leaving no rubbish behind. Great work Phil!!!!
