Following the purchase of our property, Hill provided and is still providing great aftersales support. We have identified few cosmetics issues following our move and all recorded both at the first and 7 day visits. A visit for the repairs was arranged shortly and most of the items were fixed. I would especially like to praise Simon who was so kind and helpful dealing with the issues promptly.

I would like to provide positive feedback for Richard Ryan, the maintenance person who came from The Hill Group to fix the issue in our flat in Hounslow (Lampton flats).

His service was excellent, and he was truly a very helpful and trustworthy person. First, he came to inspect the problem and clearly explained everything. He then scheduled a day to fix all the issues and returned as promised. On the second visit, he completed all the work perfectly.

We are very happy with his service and pleased to have met such a professional and reliable person. Kindly send the same person whenever we have any maintenance issues in the future. This is our sincere request.

Peter Miller was really friendly, explained exactly what needed to be done to investigate the cause of the leak into my property and cleaned up after the work that had been done. Next steps were explained and I feel better that the right people are now involved and taking action.

Michael Chapman from Hill carried out open-up works in our home to investigate whether there was insulation within the flooring as part of their air leakage investigation. He carefully opened up the area to inspect and then closed everything back up so neatly that you genuinely wouldn’t even know there had been any intrusion.
The workmanship was excellent!
So far, we’ve only had a positive experience with Hill. They are currently investigating an air leakage issue in our house, and based on the service we’ve received to date, we’re hopeful they will resolve it successfully.

For the last 1-2 years we have had to endure this icon building work, everyone is for progress but when progress impedes on the neighbourhood i.e the builders using our road (kilby road) as a car park , which has meant the council has put yellow lines in, which impacts our visitors . Also the rubbish they leave, coffee cups & fast food wrappers left everywhere. When we have spoken to you we have been assured that these people will be deterred from parking here with the threat of being thown of site & re taking an induction, this is obviously not happening as your work is nearing the end and this is still on going, given that you belong to the considerate builders this is a joke.
Lastly the verges have been given back to the council, all covered in rubble & lumps of concrete, how long will it be before a child injures themselves once the grass has hidden the dangers? It's laughable from a large building contractor & its clear for everyone to see.

Richard did work in my flat. The work was thoroughly done and he helped with extra things as well.

Bradley Sullivan was very professional and friendly. Great work.

Graham and Peter have been excellent, polite and professional replacing our decking. Very understanding of doing this while we are working from home.

Michael Perry came to paint my door and done a fantastic job

Just had Simon, one of Hill's contractors, come and fix a couple of issues we had in our flat in Cambridge, which we got brand new a couple of years ago.

Simon was quick, explained what he was going to do in detail, and happy to answer all the questions I had, giving us great recommendations for better preservation of the decorative layer of the property too! Thanks for the kind assistance.

We moved into a new build and Ben Aken fixed some snags we were experiencing. They were minimal but still something I wasn’t sure was normal, Ben was so kind and helpful in explaining what they were and fixing them so quick. Big thanks! ☺️

Excellent job by Bradley Sullivan today! The door frame looks absolutely new, and he took the time to coat it multiple times, showing great dedication.

We have had many dealings with the Hill Group and have built up a good working relationship with Phil the technician who regularly visits our workplace to carry out repairs. The quality of his work is outstanding, he actually takes care and has pride regarding his work. We have found Phil to be friendly, polite and always prompt when visiting site.

Phil has been doing some work on our site, fixing leaks and water damage, and he has been doing a great job. He's friendly, his work is detail focused, and he always tidies up after himself
