Very happy with Huw and the work he did to fix the problem. Nice to see a familiar face as I knew he could be relied on to do a great job just like he did servicing my boiler last year. Knows his stuff and cracks on with the job in hand.

Heatforce attended for our annual boiler service and the engineer was prompt and courteous. I had to ring them the following day as the boiler pressure gauge was rising. The same engineer attended that same afternoon after ringing me to tell me when he was attending. He explained the fault and rectified it in a few minutes.

The engineer telephoned to say he was on his way, and arrived at the time he said. He was friendly and polite, and carried out the boiler service without any fuss. The boiler area was left clean and tidy. Thank you.

The engineer rang to say he would be with me in half an hour, he arrived on time, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently,without any problems.

The engineers were within the time frame stated and were polite and professional. They explained what they were doing. When finished they ensured that they had cleaned up after themselves

Arranged annual service for date and time that suited me. Engineer rang prior to visit to ensure I was in, completed service in approx 30/40 minutes and left kitchen spotless

As part of our ECO4 upgrades, we had a visit from Dallas from Heatforce to refit our electrical sockets and install our extractor fans etc. Dallas was excellent, he explained the process and worked swiftly to complete the task - he also resolved a couple of additional issues with our wiring that he came across whilst doing the refit. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and even answered some of our questions about solar panels and battery storage etc. that are due to be installed shortly. He cleaned up after he finished and tested everything to ensure all was well. He was extremely polite and was a credit to Heatforce ..... highly recommended

My engineer arrived on time, was polite and friendly, got on with the job and filled in my paperwork correctly to keep my warranty up to date. Very happy with the service.

What a Fab crew! Bailey, Marcus and Mason installed a whole new heating system for us in our bungalow. Boiler, radiators, controls, the whole bang shoot.

It wasn’t the easiest of jobs with a very cramped environment and two Fat Ladies watching over their shoulders, but wow did they step up to the plate.

As a person with a progressive disability nothing was too much to ask and they made sure we had everything we needed.

They managed to do a 4 day job in good time and ensured nothing was slapdash. The work was neat and they cleaned up after themselves (thoroughly) every day.

Before closing off the job, they made sure we knew how to operate the system properly and were even given a run through troubleshooting potential issues.

These three gentleman are what future managers are made of and the whole job gets five stars from attitude and approach to the customer, all the way to an exceptionally well done job, professionally installed, no short cuts and leaving a clean house behind.

There are not many tradesman that manage to tick all the boxes and I have a background in building conservation and listed buildings. I’d contract these men on any my residential contracts in the blink of an eye.

I’d make the five stars gold if the option was available and I’m not the easiest customer to please.

Dallas was very efficient, excellent job, very happy overall. Also very clean and tidy.
