I have a service contract for my air source heat pump and central heating system. I am a householder living in Cardigan West Wales. Heatforce send an engineer out twice per year to service my system. Lately I’ve been having problems with my heating system so when the service engineer arrived I knew he had his work cut out. But the engineer was SUPERB. He identified the multiple problems immediately and through persistent and diligent work he solved all my problems and got the system working better than it ever has. I have some plumbing experience but this engineer (Jac from their Cardiff depot) was undoubtedly the best heating engineer I’ve ever come across. I’m very happy with Heatforce generally and if all their engineers are half as good as Jac I’m certainly in good hands. I can’t recommend him and them highly enough

I have just had Alan Williams here from Heatforce to check on the new installation of Solar Panels with battery.
I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team from the first phone call and follow up information, a professional team from scaffolding to installation, every stage was explained to me.
The site was tidied and all rubbish taken away.
I would fully recommend Heatforce if considering Solar Panels, there is also a Fox app which you can use on your phone, great graphics which shows all the power being collected and your usage. It’s a must have. Enjoy.

From survey to commission, I was told well In advance the times and dates of operations, any setbacks were dealt with instantly, all work was done neatly by the professional instalation team, all polite and focused, the solar performs past my expectations.

The initial survey was very thorough. The team involved took on board my wish to have the battery and invertor placed in the garage for protection and convenience. They also discussed the options informatively and comprehensively with me. The actual installation went pretty smoothly over three days. Scaffolding up day 1, day 2 panel installation, with the last panels installed on day 3 along with the electrics. The electricians worked late to finish on the 3rd day - a Friday - to ensure everything was set up properly. The lack of a house internet connection was definately a drawback for them, down to me. I was particularly impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of all the teams involved.

From the very beginning, my commincations with Josh Hernandez and Emma Howlett were incredibly helpful and supportive in providing information regarding my initial reservations about having the solar and heat pump instalations altogether

The system installation teams were extremely polite, great communication and talked me through every stage of the install before proceeding with the next. I'm extremely happy

The aftercare support and inspection provided by Allun was a delight and would most definitely recommend this company to family, friends and of public interest... Will most definitely be contacting regarding a EV vehicle charging point in the future

In January this year, my mortgage company offered me a five year 0% green loan for solar panels and an ev charger, so I did my research and picked Heatforce. I spoke to them in February and they were excellent all the way through. The process takes some time for everything to be signed off but in early May the work was done and the MSC and DNO was filed this week. The work was exceptional, comms were great and I recommend highly. The solar panels, battery and charger are incredibly effective and I now have lowered by electricity costs to effectively nothing, and I can sell the excess back to the grid. The whole package came to £13000 which will pay itself off with a few years at the current rate. The reason the process takes about four to five months is the certification needed, so you’ll have to be patient but it is a great investment.

We had solar panels and a battery system fitted. From start to finish this was a very professional process. The technical advice with the first visit was actuate and factual. The contactors were very clean and tidy with a very neat job and at the time agreed. If things changed they would let you know first. Already our our electric bill is a fraction of what it was. The worst company on the planet. Even Evri don't come close to this company. I have been since November without a regular gas supply. I have to reset it every 30 minutes in order to get hot water. Countless broken appointments, lies and engineers telling me its fixed then after they've gone when they've actually turned up the gas switching off yet again. No way to contact my local council whom they are contracted for as there is a 2-3 hr wait on the phone in order to speak to the council and I work 12 hr shifts throughout the week. They promise to get back to me and don't and I am now thinking of going to my local mp over this. I pay enough rent to the council to expect to have the right to central heating and hot water I would have thought but this horrible company will simply not help at all

I pay a monthly subscription to Heatforce to have my boiler serviced once a year. I've had two appointments cancelled at short notice for this year's service. I've not been given a follow up even though my boiler guarantee depends on regular servicing.

The surveyor got it all wrong and installer almost walked away on day one. I lost three days paid work keeping the install on track and the entire house was turned up side down to accommodate an alternative solution due to error on surveyor's part.
Worst experience ever of dealing with a company where without my intervention the job would not have been completed. They might want to not also use postcrete to repair exterior brickwork as well.

All in all job was completed but at the expense of huge stress and upheaval in our lives.

Definitely would not recommend based on our experience. Used before this last time in 2021 and the experience was excellent. 2025 experience complete opposite. I wonder what changed...

I had a fantastic experience with Abdullah Safi, who came out to service my boiler as part of my contract with OVO. Abdullah was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He represented Heatforce, but my praise is entirely for Abdullah’s skill and dedication. I would strongly recommend him based solely on his own excellent work.

Very slow to get things going after the deposit was paid, with no communication. Also no information received up to now (4 days post installation) so, for example, cannot yet register with electricity supplier to get paid for energy generated.

Otherwise excellent.

Had boiler issues for some time was recommended to go to British Gas who stated boiler was not repairable
